Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของโรงเรียน เอกชนในจังหวัดสตูล (2) เปรียบเทียบการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของโรงเรียนเอกชนในรังหวัดสตูล จำแนกตามลักษณะของโรงเรียนและ (3) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการรัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของ โรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดสตูล
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นโรงเรียนเอกชนใน รังหวัดสตูล จำนวน 42 โรงเรียน ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากทุกโรงเรียนโดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครูที่รับผิดชอบด้านการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของโรงเรียน รวม 84 คน และ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์โดยสัมภาษณ์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 4 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1)การจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์โดยรวมของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดสตูลอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้านพบว่า การจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านพนักงานและแรงงานสัมพันธ์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านค่าตอบแทนและผลประโยชน์อื่น และอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากร
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of human resource management of private schools in Satun province. (2) To compare the human resource management of private schools in Satun province when was classified by school characters. (3) To investigate the problems and suggestion for human resource management of private schools in Satun province. This research was the survey research. The data were collected through questionnaires. The population consisted of 42 private schools who are 84 administrators and teachers take responsibility for human resource management. The interview was collected by 4 administrators. The instruments used in the study included questionnaires and interviews. And the statistics used in analysis data were percentage, standard deviation and content analysis. The findings showed that: (1) The overall of human resource management of private schools in Satun province was at a high level.
