Abstract
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครองในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในเขตเทศบาลนครขอนแก่น และ (2) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครองในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน ในเขตเทศบาลนครขอนแก่น จำแนกตามอายุ วุฒิการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ของผู้ปกครองกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนที่ส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับอนุบาล 1 เขตเทศบาลนครขอนแก่น ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 319 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยการตัดสินใจส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) และการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยวิธีLSD ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ปัจจัยการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครองในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน ในเขตเทศบาลนครขอนแก่น โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยผู้ปกครองให้ความสาคัญกับปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร ปัจจัยด้านชื่อเสียงของโรงเรียน ปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ปัจจัยด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม ปัจจัยด้านการบริการ และปัจจัยด้านค่าใช้จ่ายตามลำดับ และ (2) การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครองในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในเขตเทศบาล นครขอนแก่นพบว่า 1) ผู้ปกครองที่มีอายุแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน และเมื่อทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่พบว่า ด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านบุคลากร ด้านชื่อเสียงของโรงเรียน และด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 2) ผู้ปกครองที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมแตกต่างกันและเมื่อทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่พบว่า ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย และด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) ผู้ปกครองที่มีอาชีพและรายได้แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were (1) to study the factors of parents’s decision making in sending their children to study in private kindergarten Khon Kaen Municiplity; (2) to compare the factors of parents’s decision making in sending their children to study in private kindergarten Khon Kaen Municiplity according to age, education level, career and income. The sample consisted of 319 of parents, all of whom were obtained by sample random sampling. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire dealing with the factors of parents’s decision making in sending their children to study, with the reliability coefficients of .96. Standard Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA, and LSD. The research finding were as following: (1) the overall and all aspects of the factors of parents’s decision making in sending their children to study were at the high level, and could be ranked in order as follows: the personnel, school reputation, the relationship with the community, teaching management, building and environment, service and the cost, respectively, and (2) The results of hypothesis test indicated that; 1) parents with different age have different opinion toward to the factors that the teaching management, personnel, school reputation, and relationship with the community, with a statistical significance at the level of .05, 2) parents with different the education level have different opinion toward to the factors that the teaching management, building and environment, cost, and relationship with the community, with a statistical significance at the level of .05, and 3) parents with different career and income did not have different opinion toward of the factors of parents’s decision making in sending their children to studying private kindergarten Khon Kaen Municiplity.
