การวิเคราะห์วารสารด้านการป่าไม้ในประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2497-2556

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์การจัดการวารสารและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาบทความ วารสารด้านการป่าไม้ที่จัดพิมพ์ในประเทศไทย ประชากรคือวารสารด้านการป่าไม้ที่จัดพิมพ์ในประเทศไทย จํานวน 9 ชื่อ จําแนกเป็นวารสารวิชาการ 7 ชื่อ และวารสาร กึ่งวิชาการ 2 ชื่อ ตั้งแต่ปีที่เริ่มเผยแพร่ของวารสารแต่ละชื่อ จนถึง พ.ศ. 2556 จํานวน 338 ฉบับ และบทความในวารสาร รวม 2,872 บทความ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลวารสารและแบบบันทึกข้อมูลเนื้อหา บทความวารสารด้านการป่าไม้ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การหาค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านการจัดการวารสาร วารสารวิชาการส่วนใหญ่จัดทําโดยสถาบันอุดมศึกษา กำหนดออกราย 6 เดือน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัยและบทความวิชาการ นําเสนอเนื้อหาการป่าไม้โดยรวม ประเภทบทความวิจัยและบทความวิชาการ มีการอ้างอิงท้าย บทความ มีการประเมินคุณภาพบทความก่อนตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ และเผยแพร่บทความทั้งฉบับกระดาษ และฉบับออนไลน์ ส่วนวารสาร กึ่งวิชาการ จัดทําโดยหน่วยงานราชการและรัฐวิสาหกิจ และสมาคมวิชาชีพ กำหนดออกราย 3 เดือน และราย 6 เดือน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัย บทความวิชาการ ข่าวสารและประชาสัมพันธ์ความเคลื่อนไหวของหน่วยงาน นําเสนอเนื้อหาการป่าไม้โดยรวม ประเภทบทความวิชาการ และไม่มีการประเมินคุณภาพบทความก่อนพิมพ์เผยแพร่ 2) ด้านเนื้อหา บทความส่วนใหญ่ในวารสารวิชาการ มีผู้เขียน 1 คน สังกัดสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เป็นประเภทบทความวิจัย/ นิพนธ์ต้นฉบับ/ บทความวิจัยสื่อสารอย่างสั้น ขอบเขตเนื้อหาด้านชีววิทยา ป่าไม้พื้นที่ศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่และจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ในเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าห้วยขาแข้ง และเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติเขาใหญ่ เขียนเป็นภาษาไทยและมีการอ้างอิงบทความวารสารภาษาอังกฤษ ส่วนวารสารกึ่งวิชาการ บทความส่วนใหญ่มีผู้เขียน 1 คน สังกัดหน่วยงานราชการและรัฐวิสาหกิจ ประเภทบทความวิชาการ ขอบเขตเนื้อหาด้านอนุรักษวิทยา พื้นที่ศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร และเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าห้วยขาแข้ง เขียนเป็นภาษาไทยและไม่มีการอ้างอิง

The purpose of this research was to analyze the management of forestry journals published in Thailand and their content. The population included 9 forestry journals, of which 7 were classified as academic journals whereas the other two were regarded as semi-academic journals. 338 issues and 2,872 articles published since the founding of each journal until the year 2013 were included. Research instruments consisted of a journal record and a forestry content record. Descriptive statistics, particularly percentages, were used. The findings were as follows. 1) In terms of the management of forestry journals, most academic journals were issued semiannually by higher education institutes; the main objectives were to publish research on forestry in the form of academic articles with references at the end and with peer-review. The journals were published in both print and online versions. The semi-academic journals were issued quarterly and semiannually by government agencies, state enterprises, and professional associations; the objectives were to publish research, academic articles, news and public relations. Forestry research articles were without peer review. 2) Most articles in academic journals were forest biology and were written by one author affiliated with an educational institute. Chiang Mai and Nakhon Ratchasima were major areas of study, specifically Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary and Khao Yai National Park. Most articles were written in Thai, with English journal references. As for semi-academic journals, they were mostly academic articles on conservation written by one author affiliated with a government agency or state enterprise. The study areas were Bangkok and Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary. Most articles were written in Thai and without references.
