Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพพื้นฐานทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการวัสดุเหลือใช้จากมะพร้าวน้ำหอม 3) การจัดการวัสดุเหลือใช้จากมะพร้าวน้ำหอม 4) สภาพการได้รับการส่งเสริมและความต้องการส่งเสริมการการจัดการวัสดุเหลือใช้จากมะพร้าวน้ำหอม และ 5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการส่งเสริมการการจัดการวัสดุเหลือใช้จากมะพร้าวน้ำหอม ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอม ในอำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี ปี 2563/2564 กําหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 191 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บข้อมูลโดยแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสุด ค่าสูงสุด ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดอันดับ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 33.79 ปี จบระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นหรือเทียบเท่า จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.27 คน มีแรงงานภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 2.26 คน พื้นที่ปลูกมะพร้าวเฉลี่ย 10.05 ไร่ และราคาเฉลี่ยผลละ 7.03 บาท 2) เกษตรกรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการวัสดุเหลือใช้จากมะพร้าวน้ำหอมในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีความรู้ทั้งในการใช้ประโยชน์ได้หลายอย่าง การใช้ประโยชน์ในภาคอุตสาหกรรม การนำไปแปรรูป และนำไปทำปุ๋ยหมัก 3) เกษตรกรมีการปฏิบัติในการจัดการวัสดุเหลือใช้จากมะพร้าวน้ำหอมในภาพรวมในระดับน้อยที่สุด โดยมีการปฏิบัติในระดับน้อยที่สุดในประเด็นการใช้ประโยชน์ในภาคการเกษตรและในภาคอุตสาหกรรม 4) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการจัดการวัสดุเหลือใช้จากมะพร้าวน้ำหอม เกษตรกรมีความต้องการการส่งเสริมการจัดการวัสดุเหลือใช้จากมะพร้าวน้ำหอมในระดับมาก ทั้งด้านเนี้อหา วิธีการส่งเสริมและปัจจัยสนับสนุน โดยมีความต้องการการส่งเสริมด้านเนื้อหาในประเด็นการจัดการทางมะพร้าว และต้องการการส่งเสริมด้านการส่งเสริมมากในวิธีการส่งเสริมรายรายบุคคล คือ การส่งเสริมจากเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ วิธีการส่งเสริมแบบกลุ่ม คือ การส่งเสริมด้านการจัดทัศนศึกษา วิธีการส่งเสริมมวลชน คือ การส่งเสริมโดยการจัดชมนิทรรศการ และวิธีการส่งเสริมโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ คือ การส่งเสริมด้วยการรับข้อมูลจากแอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์ ส่วนความต้องการการส่งเสริมด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุน เกษตรกรความต้องการการส่งเสริมเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตรเพื่อรวมกลุ่มกันใช้ 5) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการวัสดุเหลือใช้จากมะพร้าวน้ำหอมภาพรวมในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด โดยมีปัญหาในเรื่องการจัดการเปลือกมะพร้าว เกษตรกรยังเข้าไม่ถึงระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ปัญหาการขาดเครื่องจักรกลเพื่อรวมกลุ่มกันใช้ โดยเกษตรกรเห็นด้วยกับข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรส่งเสริมองค์ความรู้ด้านการจัดการเปลือกมะพร้าว ประชาสัมพันธ์/จัดนิทรรศการการจัดการวัสดุเหลือใช้จากมะพร้าวน้ำหอม และเกษตรกรเห็นด้วยกับข้อเสนอแนะว่าภาครัฐมีการสนับสนุนเครื่องจักรกลเพื่อรวมกลุ่มกันใช้
The objectives of this research were to study 1) basic social and economic conditions of farmers 2) knowledge about aromatic coconut waste management 3) aromatic coconut waste management 4) extension conditions and needs in aromatic coconut waste management and 5) problems and suggestions regarding the extension guidelines for aromatic The population of this study was aromatic coconut farmers in Damnoen Saduak district, Ratchaburi province in 2020/2021. The sample size of 191 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected by conducting interview and were analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, minimum value, maximum value, standard deviation, and ranking. The results of the research found out that 1) most of the farmers were male with the average age of 53.70 years old, completed junior high school education or equivalent, had the average amount of member in the household of 4.27 people, had the average labour in the agricultural sector of 2.26 people, and had the average aromatic coconut production area of 10.05 Rai.and the average aromatic coconut production price of 7.03 baht 2) Farmers had the knowledge about aromatic coconut waste management at the highest level.They equipped with knowledge in various ways of utilization, the utilization in the industrial sector, and the adoption of the compost production. 3) Farmers practiced in aromatic coconut waste management, overall, at the lowest level with the least level in practice in the aspect of agricultural sector and industrial utilization. 4) Most of the farmers didn’t received the extension in aromatic coconut waste management. Farmers needed the extension in aromatic coconut waste management at the high level in the content, extension method, and supporting factors. They needed the extension regarding the content in the aspect of aromatic coconut management and needed the extension regarding the extension method at the high level. In regards to individual extension method, it was the extension from the government officers. For the group extension method, it was the extension regarding the field trip organization. Regarding the mass extension, it was the extension by organizing exhibition and the extension method by using information technology application was the extension by using data obtainment from online application. For the extension needs in the aspect of supporting factors, farmers wanted to receive the extension in agricultural machine for the group co-utilization. 5) Farmers faced with the problem in the extension of aromatic coconut waste management at the high to the highest level. The problems in coconut waste management included that farmer still did not have access to aromatic coconut shell management and not able to access information technology system, and the lack of machine to group co-utilization. Farmers agreed with the suggestion that there should be the extension in the knowledge on aromatic coconut shell management, public relation/exhibition organization from aromatic coconut waste management and that government should support the machines for group co-utilization
