Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล เศรษฐกิจ และสังคม 2) พฤติกรรมการก่อหนี้ และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการก่อหนี้สิน ของครูในอำเภอลอง จังหวัดแพร่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ครูในอำเภอลอง จังหวัดแพร่ จำนวน 359 ราย เป็นกลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง จำนวน 190 ราย คำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากวิธีของยามาเน่ ด้วยความคลาดเคลื่อนร้อยละ 5 จากนั้นจึงสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถามและวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ค่าสูงสุด-ตํ่าสุด ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการถดถอยแบบโลจิสติก ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 62.60 อายุเฉลี่ย 48.12 ปี สถานภาพสมรสร้อยละ 73.20 มีจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 3.96 คน จำนวนสมาชิกที่มีรายได้เฉลี่ย ร้อยละ 87.90 มีจำนวนบุตรเฉลี่ย 1.90 คน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับวิทยฐานะครูชำนาญการ พิเศษ (ค.ศ. 3) ร้อยละ 56.30 อายุราชการเฉลี่ย 21.13 ปี ทำการสอนในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาร้อยละ 50.00 จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีร้อยละ 64.20 2) ผลการวิจัยด้านพฤติกรรมการก่อหนี้ พบว่า รายได้ส่วนใหญ่ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมาจากอาชีพครูเฉลี่ย 39,444.53 บาทต่อเดือน ได้รับเงินวิทยฐานะเฉลี่ย 8,850.00 บาทต่อเดือน มีรายได้จากคู่สมรสซึ่งนำมาใช้จ่ายร่วมกันเฉลี่ย 28,002.53 บาทต่อเดือน และมีลักษณะ ของการออมโดยนำเงินฝากในสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ครูแพร่มากที่สุดเฉลี่ย 2,446.38 บาทต่อเดือน ด้านรายจ่าย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าใช้จ่ายเกี่ยวกับการอุปโภคบริโภคเฉลี่ย 10,213.16 บาทต่อเดือน มีภาระหนี้สินร้อยละ 83.16 ส่วนใหญ่มีภาระหนี้กับสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ครูแพร่มากที่สุดเฉลี่ย 1,345,744.68 บาท และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการก่อหนี้สินของครูในอำเภอลอง จังหวัดแพร่ คือ ตัวแปรด้านรายได้และรายจ่ายของครูในอำเภอลอง จังหวัดแพร่ โดยปัจจัยทั้งสองมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ณ ระดับ 0.05 และ 0.01 ตามลำดับ
The objectives of this research were 1) to study personal status in economic factor and social factor 2) to study personal debt behavior and 3) to study factors affecting to debt having of teachers in Long District, Phrae Province. The population was 359 teachers in Long District, Phrae Province, with the sample population of 190 people were observed using simple random sampling, based on the Yamane’s sampling size calculation formula, at 5 percentage error.The method was questionnaire and the data analysis were a descriptive statistic and inferential statistics which were mean, ercentage, maximum-minimum, standard deviation and logistic regression.The results found that 1) most of the samples were female of 62.60%, had an average age of 48.12 years, marital status of 73.20%, average number of family members was 3.96 persons, the average ratio of family members having incomes of 87.90%, average children of family were 1.90 persons, the most sample population were seniors in professional level of 56.30%, with average teaching experiences in government schools of 21.13 years and the samples were teaching in the elementary school of 50.00% and had graduation in bachelor degrees of 64.20%. 2) The study of debt behavior results found that, most of the samples had incomes from the main occupation of being teachers was 39,444.53 Baht/month, average position allowances was 8,850.00 Baht/month, average incomes from spouse was 28,002.53 Baht/month and had the most saving sources from Phrae Teacher Saving and Credit Cooperative was 2,446.38 Baht/month. For expenditures, most of the samples spent money on consumer goods with 10,213.16 Baht/month and 83.16% of the samples had debt from Phrae Teacher Saving and Credit Cooperative with 1,345,744.68 Baht. 3) Factors affecting the debt of teachers in Long district, Phrae Province were incomes and expenditures, which both variable factors had a statistically significant level at 0.05 and 0.01 respectively.
