Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์และออกแบบการจัดการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานโครงการในมุมมองของผู้ใช้งานในแผนกวิศวกรรมของกลุ่มบริษัท โกลว์ พลังงาน จำกัด (มหาชน) (2) กำหนดนิยามข้อมูลสำคัญที่ใช้ในระบบจัดการเอกสารที่เกี่่ยวข้องกบการปฏิบัติงานโครงการในมุมมองของผู้ใช้งานในแผนกวิศวกรรมของกลุ่มบริษัท โกลว์ พลังงาน จำกัด (มหาชน) วิธีดำเนินการศึกษา คือ ศึกษาจากข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ ได้แก่ กระบวนการปฏิบัติงานใน แผนกวิศวกรรมและข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงาน และศึกษาข้อมูลจากข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ ได้แก่ เอกสารต่างๆ ของแผนกวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกบการปฏิบัติงาน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบจัดการเอกสารตาม มุมมองของผู้ใช้งาน คือ โฟลว์ชาร์ต ซึ่งใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ช่วยในการออกแบบและเขียนโฟลว์ชาร์ต ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระบบจัดการเอกสารของกลุ่มบริษัทโกลว์ พลังงาน จำกัด(มหาชน) ประกอบด้วยเอกสาร 3 กลุ่มได้แก่รูปแบบที่ 1 เป็นขั้นตอนการออกเอกสารทั่วไปรูปแบบที่ 2 งานที่เป็น โครงการขั้นตอนการทำงานที่เป็นกลุ่มเอกสารหนังสือคู่มือและแบบแปลน และรูปแบบที่ 3 งานที่เป็นงานเฉพาะทางด้านวิศวกรรมที่แสดงด้วยโฟลว์ชาร์ตได้ 16 ขั้นตอน เช่น การบันทึกการรับส่งเอกสารและพัสดุ และการประมูลงาน เป็นต้น (2) นิยามข้อมูลสำคัญที่ใช้ในระบบจัดการเอกสารที่ออกแบบประกอบด้วยข้อมูลที่ใช้ในงานการจัดการทั่วไป ข้อมูลในงานเขียนแบบแปลน ข้อมูลในงานกาหนดคุณสมบัติเฉพาะของอุปกรณ์ ข้อมูลคำอธิบายการทำงาน ข้อมูล กระบวนการดำเนินการ และข้อมูลการรับส่งเอกสารและพัสดุต่างๆ
The objectives of this study were to (1) analyze and design document management system, as perceived by users, for the project operation in the Engineering Department of Glow Energy Public Company Limited (2) definine the main data related to document management system as perceived by users in the Engineering Department at Glow Energy Public Company Limited. Primary data were studied such as project operation process and project operation data in the Engineering Department. Then the secondary data were studied such as various documents in the Engineering Department which involved the project operation. Data were analyzed by using personal interview questionnaires. The instrument used for analysis and design for document management system in users’ view was flow charts, using software for design and drawing. The results of these study showed that (1) the document management system in Glow Energy Public Company Limited could be classified in 3 groups: the general document issuing, the project document about manual books, and drawing and the specific document in engineering. Sixteen steps were shown in the flow charts such as record of delivery document and material, and bidding process. (2) the main data definition in document management system design comprised data for general work management, data for drawing creation, data in equipment specification definition, data for work procedure, data for work plan, and data for document and material delivery.
