Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร เพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูประถมศึกษาในอำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูประถมศึกษา จำนวน 478 คน จากโรงเรียน 31 โรงเรียนในอำเภอบางละมุงจังหวัดชลบุรีที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความต้องการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูประถมศึกษาในอำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรีสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่าความต้องการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูประถมศึกษาในอำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้ (1) ด้านความต้องการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการเรียนการสอน ครูต้องการโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปด้านการจัดการเอกสาร คือโปรแกรมไมโครซอฟต์เวิร์ด โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปด้านการออกแบบเว็บไซต์คือ โปรแกรมจุมล่า โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปด้านการตกแต่งภาพ การสร้าง ตัดต่อวีดีโอ คือ โปรแกรม อโดบี แฟลช และโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปด้านการป้องกันไวรัสคอมพิวเตอร์ คือ โปรแกรมอวีร่า แอนตี้ ไวรัส โปรเฟชชั่นแนล ฟรี เอดิชั่น (2) ด้านความต้องการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ครูต้องการเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แบบพกพา และ (3) ด้านความต้องการการสนับสนุนจาก ผู้บริหาร ครูต้องการให้มีการกำหนดนโยบายและแผนการใช้เทคโนโลยี
The objective of this study was to investigate the needs for information and communication technology for learning management of primary school teachers In Bang Lamung district, Chon Buri province. The research population comprised 478 primary school teachers from 31 schools in Bang Lamung district, Chon Buri province during the second semester of academic year 2013. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the needs for information and communication technology of primary school teachers in Bang Lamung district, Chon Buri province. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that the overall need for information and communication technology for learning management of primary school teachers in Bang Lamung district, Chon Buri province was at the high level. When specific aspects of the needs were considered, it was found that their needs were at the high level for every aspect, which could be further elaborated as follows: (1) regarding the needs for information and communication technology for instruction, they needed the program for document management, i.e. Microsoft Word Program; the program for website design, i.e. Joomla Program; the program for photo retouching, and video creating and editing, i.e. Adobe Flash Program; and program for prevention of computer virus, i.e. Avira Anti Virus Professional Free Edition; (2) regarding the needs for the information and communication system, they had the need for tablets; and (3) regarding the needs for supports from the administrator, the teachers expressed their need for the school to determine the policy and plans for using technology.
