พฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียน ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้เรียน การกำกับติดตามและประเมินผลการจัดการศึกษา การบริหารหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ การนิเทศเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา และการสร้างบรรยากาศส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า ในภาพรวมสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กมีการดำเนินงานแตกต่างจากขนาดกลาง และขนาดใหญ่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กมีการดำเนินงานน้อยกว่าขนาดกลาง และขนาดใหญ่

The purposes of this research were 1) to study administrative behaviors of school administrators for promotion student achievement enhancement in schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Service Area Office 1; and 2) to compare administrative behaviors of school administrators for promotion student achievement enhancement in schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 as classified by school size. The sample consisted of 313 teachers in schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Service Area Office 1, obtained by stratified random sampling, based on school size. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .97. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe’s method of pairwise comparison. The research findings revealed that 1) the overall and by-aspect administrative behaviors of school administrators for promotion student achievement enhancement in schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 were rated at the high level and the specific aspects could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the promoting the development of learners' potential, the monitoring and evaluation of educational management, the curriculum administration and learning management, the supervision to improve the quality of education, and the creating atmosphere to promote learning; and 2) as for comparison results of the administrative behaviors of school administrators for promotion student achievement enhancement in schools, it was found that the overall, small size schools differed significantly at the .05 level from middle size schools and large size schools with the small size schools had less operation than medium size schools and large size schools.
