Abstract
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการใช้สารสนเทศของพยาบาลในกลุ่ม
โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ ภาคใต้ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้สารสนเทศของพยาบาลในกลุ่มโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ ภาคใต้ 3) ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคการใช้สารสนเทศของพยาบาลในกลุ่มโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ ภาคใต้ และ 4) เปรียบเทียบปัญหาและอุปสรรคการใช้สารสนเทศของพยาบาลในกลุ่มโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ ภาคใต้
วิธีการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ พยาบาลในกลุ่ม
โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ ภาคใต้ 3 แห่ง คือ โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพภูเก็ต โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพหาดใหญ่ และโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพสมุย จำนวน 408 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การแจกแจงความถี่ และค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) พยาบาลในกลุ่มโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ ภาคใต้ มีสภาพการใช้สารสนเทศโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก จำแนกเป็นรายด้านได้แก่ ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ใช้ด้านวัตถุประสงค์การใช้เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานพยาบาลและเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานทั่วไป ส่วนด้านเนื้อหาสารสนเทศการพยาบาลมีการใช้ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้สารสนเทศโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ปัจจัยจากสภาพแวดล้อม ปัจจัยจากบุคคล 3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคการใช้สารสนเทศ ได้แก่ ภาระงานมาก โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์โรงพยาบาลมีความซับซ้อน และอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ไม่เพียงพอ ตามลำดับ และ 4) เปรียบเทียบปัญหาและอุปสรรคการใช้สารสนเทศของพยาบาลในกลุ่มโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ ภาคใต้ พบว่า พยาบาลโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพภูเก็ต พยาบาลโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพหาดใหญ่ และพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพสมุย มีปัญหาและอุปสรรคการใช้สารสนเทศแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05.
This research aimed 1) to study information use by nurses in the southern group of the Bangkok Hospitals, 2) to study factors affecting information use by nurses in the southern group of the Bangkok Hospitals, 3) to study problems and obstacles of information use by nurses in the southern group of the Bangkok Hospitals and 4) to compare the problems and obstacles of information use by nurses in the southern group of the Bangkok Hospitals. This research was a survey study and the population consisted of 408 nurses in the southern group of the Bangkok Hospitals. The instruments were questionnaires. The statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi-square test. The research findings were summarized as follows: 1) Information use by nurses in the southern group of the Bangkok Hospitals was at a high level; when classified each aspect found that the use of information technology and the objectives of information use to support the nursing practice and general work were at the high level, while the information contents were at the medium level. 2) Factors affecting information use by nurses in the southern group of the Bangkok Hospitals at the high level were the environment factor and the personnel factor. 3) Problems and obstacles of information use were their burdens, the complex computer program and insufficient computer equipment. 4) Comparing the problems and obstacles of information use by nurses in the southern group of the Bangkok Hospitals found difference significantly at the .05 level.
