Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสหกรณ์การเกษตรหนองมะโมง จำกัด ในเรื่อง 1) ข้อมูล พื้นฐานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 2) แบบแผนการผลิตอ้อยของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 3) วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนจาก การผลิตอ้อยของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ และ 4) วิเคราะห์หาประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตอ้อยของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรหนองมะโมง จำกัด จังหวัดชัยนาท สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ในการเลือกพื้นที่สำรวจ โดยเลือกสมาชิกสหกรณ์ในตำบลสะพานหิน เพราะเป็นพื้นที่ที่ มุ่งเน้นการผลิตมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อนำไปสู่การใช้ปัจจัยการผลิตที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด โดยสุ่มแบบง่าย สมาชิก สหกรณ์ในฐานะผู้ผลิต จำนวน 40 คน สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยของข้อมูล และการกระจายข้อมูล และ วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพการผลิตทางเทคนิค โดยประมาณการฟังก์ชันการผลิตแบบ Cobb-Douglas Production Function แล้วใช้วิธีการวัดประสิทธิภาพการผลิตโดยอาศัยแบบจำลอง Stochastic Frontier ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุ 41-50 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับ มัธยมศึกษาและประถมศึกษา มีประสบการณ์การปลูกอ้อย 5-10 ปี จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน 4-5 คน เนื้อที่ถือ ครองส่วนใหญ่เป็นเจ้าของเองทั้งหมด 2) แบบแผนการผลิตอ้อยการผลิตอ้อยของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ คือ มีกิจกรรม การเตรียมดิน ไถดะ ไถแปร และการปลูกไปพร้อมกับการหว่านปุ๋ยครั้งแรก โดยใช้เครื่องจักรกล ระยะปลูกอยู่ที่ 1.20 เมตร พันธุ์ที่นิยมใช้ คือ พันธุ์ LK92-11 การดูแลรักษาไม่นิยมปลูกซ่อมและให้น้ำ ใส่ปุ๋ย 3 ครั้งต่อฤดูการผลิต การเก็บเกี่ยวทำเอง 3) ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนจากการผลิตอ้อย สมาชิกสหกรณ์ได้ผลผลิตเฉลี่ยต่อไร่ อ้อยตอ1 จำนวน 16,814 บาท/ไร่ อ้อยตอ 2 จำนวน 15,438 บาท/ไร่ และ อ้อยตอ 3 หรือมากกว่า จำนวน 14,947 บาท/ไร่ 4) ประสิทธิภาพการผลิตของสมาชิกสหกรณ์โดยศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลผลิตกับปัจจัยการผลิต รวมค่า สัมประสิทธิ์ของปัจจัยการผลิตทุกตัว มีค่าเท่ากับ 16.9320 หมายความว่า เมื่อเพิ่มปัจจัยการผลิตแต่ละชนิดเข้าไป ร้อยละ 1.0 แล้ว ผลผลิตที่ได้รับเพิ่มมากขึ้นกว่าร้อยละ 1.0 ตามสมการการผลิต ถ้า b1+b2+b3...+bn > 1 และ เมื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการผลิตของสมาชิกสหกรณ์โดยเฉลี่ยในแต่ละรายอยู่ระดับที่ 0.9748 ซึ่งสมาชิกสหกรณ์ ส่วนใหญ่ จำนวน 24 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.00 มีประสิทธิภาพ การผลิตต่ำกว่าระดับค่าผลผลิตที่ได้จากสมการ แสดงให้เห็นว่าสมาชิกสหกรณ์มีประสิทธิภาพการผลิตต่ำ
The objectives of this research were to study Nong Mamong Agricultural Cooperative Ltd. concerning 1) general backgrounds of the cooperatives’ members; 2) sugarcane production patterns of the cooperatives’ members; 3) sugarcane production cost and benefit analysis of the cooperatives’ members; and 4) efficiency analysis of sugar cane production of the cooperatives’ members. The population of this study was the members of Nong Mamong Agricultural Cooperatives Ltd. in Chai Nat Province. The cooperatives’ members in Saphan Hin Sub-District were selected for the survey because they had a stated intent to improve the efficiency of their production by making the best use of production factors. Simple random sampling technique was applied and 40 cooperatives’ members were obtained as the samples. Data were statistically analyzed by using percentage, arithmetic mean, distribution, and standard deviation. Analysis of technical production efficiency was done by using the Cobb-Douglas Production Function and the measurement of production efficiency was calculated by Stochastic Frontier Model. The study found that 1) most of the cooperatives’ members were male with age of 41-50 years and finished primary or secondary education. Most of them had their own land, had a family size of 4-5 members, and had 5-10 year experience ingrowing sugarcane. 2) The production pattern of most cooperatives’ members was to plow roughly for the first time and plow in regular furrows for the second time, planted together with the first application of fertilizer by using machinery, at 1.20 meters planting distance, mainly using strain LK 92-11. The cooperatives’ members did not re-plant sugar cane and they irrigated and fertilized three times per harvest season. They harvested by themselves. 3) The cost-benefit analysis showed that the cooperatives’ members gained returns of 16,814 Baht/rai (1 rai = 1600 m2 ) for crop I15,438 Baht/rai for crop II and 14,947 Baht/rai and for crop III. 4) The efficiency of sugar cane production was analyzed as expressed by production function, which illustrated the relation between inputs and outputs. The coefficient, taking into account all of the production factors, came out to 16.9320, which demonstrated the increasing return to scale. However, the mean production efficiency of the sample population estimated by estimate parameters came out to 0.9748, indicating that the efficiency of sugar cane production of 60% of the cooperatives’ members was below the standard level of efficiency.
