Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การออกแบบเนื้อหาสารเพื่อเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ของโครงการสปาร์คยูล้านนา 2) การนำเสนอวัฒนธรรมทางสื่อออนไลน์ของโครงการสปาร์คยูล้านนา 3) การเผยแพร่สารทางสื่อออนไลน์ของโครงการสปาร์คยูล้านนา และ 4) การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การสื่อสารเพื่อส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมทางสื่อออนไลน์ของโครงการ สปาร์คยูล้านนาการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึก จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก 15 คน โดยคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงจากผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสื่อสารโครงการสปาร์คยูล้านนา ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ คณะกรรมการและที่ปรึกษาในโครงการ สปาร์คยูล้านนา บุคลากรเทศบาลนครเชียงใหม่ และผู้แทนมณฑลทหารบกที่ 33 ค่ายกาวิละ จำนวน 5 คน และกลุ่มผู้จัดละครนาฏยกรรมอิงประวัติศาสตร์ล้านนา ทีมออกแบบเนื้อหาสาร ทีมผู้จัดการแสดงแสงสีเสียงผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ นักปราชญ์ล้านนา และผู้นำท้องถิ่นศิลปินล้านนา จำนวน 10 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การออกแบบเนื้อหาสารเพื่อเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ ประกอบด้วย การออกแบบเนื้อหาสารด้วยภาษาที่จูงใจเพื่อกระตุ้น ทัศนคติ ความเชื่อ ความรู้สึก ใช้จุดจับใจ หรือจุดดึงดูดใจให้กับผู้ชมเสริมการแสดงอารมณ์ และความรู้สึกให้คล้อยตามเนื้อเรื่องของละคร 2) การนำเสนอวัฒนธรรมทางสื่อออนไลน์ ประกอบด้วย (1) การนำเสนอเนื้อหาโดยใช้รูปแบบการจัดเรียงลำดับเนื้อหาสาร และการดำเนินเรื่องที่ต่อเนื่องสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลที่ปรากฏทางประวัติศาสตร์ สอดแทรกความรู้ทางการเมืองเพื่อเชื่อมโยงทางวัฒนธรรมผ่านละครล้านนา (2) การใช้การสื่อสารผ่านตัวแบบในเชิงบุคคลและเชิงสัญลักษณ์ มีการกำหนดบทบาทของตัวละคร นักแสดง โดยอิงคุณลักษณะของบุคคล การแต่งตัว และเครื่องประดับ ให้ตรงกับข้อมูลที่คล้ายคลึงกับประวัติศาสตร์ล้านนา ประกอบฉากการแสดง แสง สี และเสียงที่มีความเสมือนจริง 3) การเผยแพร่สารทางสื่อออนไลน์ ประกอบด้วย (1) ประเด็นการสืบทอดทางวัฒนธรรม ในมิติบุคคล มิติพื้นที่ และมิติเวลาเพื่อกระตุ้นความดึงดูดความสนใจ การโน้มน้าวใจ และการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนเพื่อความบันเทิงระหว่างผู้ใช้สื่อออนไลน์กับผู้รับชมละคร (2) การผสมผสานข้ามสื่อระหว่างยูทูบ และเฟซบุ๊ก และ 4) การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การสื่อสารเพื่อส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมทางสื่อออนไลน์ คือ (1) การออกแบบเนื้อหาและการนำเสนอวัฒนธรรมผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ มีรูปแบบ และวิธีการที่ซับซ้อนในเรื่องของประวัติศาสตร์ วิถีชีวิต ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณี และศิลปวัฒนธรรมที่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว ควรมีการเขียนบรรยายภาษาอื่น ๆ ในส่วนของการแสดงเพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ชมได้เข้าใจความหมาย และเนื้อเรื่องในละครที่สื่อออกไป (2) การเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ ควรคำนึงถึงประโยชน์ในการถ่ายทอดการเรียนรู้ศิลปวัฒนธรรม ประวัติศาสตร์เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับศิลปวัฒนธรรมและการอนุรักษ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมในประเทศไทย และ (3) แนวทางส่งเสริมควรให้ภาครัฐ ภาคประชาสังคม กำหนดแผนกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารเพื่อส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมทางสื่อออนไลน์ที่นำไปสู่การปฏิบัติ และติดตามประเมินผลการดำเนินงานให้สอดคล้องกับบริบททางด้านประเพณี สังคม และวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the Spark U Lanna project’s content design for spreading culture through social media; 2) the Spark U Lanna project’s online social media presentation of culture; 3) the Spark U Lanna project’s broadcasting of content through social media; and 4) the Spark U Lanna project’s development of communication tactics to promote culture using social media. This research used the qualitative research method of in-depth interviews. The 15 key informants, chosen through purposive sampling, came from two major groups who were directly involved with the Spark U Lanna project’s communications. The first group of 5 consisted of representatives of the Chiang Mai provincial culture group, the Spark U Lanna project’s executive committee and consultants, the Nakhon Chiang Mai Municipality, and the 33rd Military Circle at Fort Kawila; and the second group consisted of 10 individuals representing producers of a Lanna historical drama, the content design team, the production team of an online light and sound show, Lanna folk philosophers, and leading Lanna local artists. The results showed that 1) the Spark U Lanna project’s content design consisted of choosing persuasive language to stimulate people’s emotions, attitudes, and beliefs; and finding attention-grabbing topics and ideas to draw viewers in and tie them in to become emotionally invested in the story. 2) The project’s online presentation of culture had two major components: (1) content was presented chronologically and the story unfolded following the historical timeline. It was imbued with political knowledge to create cultural links with the Lanna themed drama; and (2) communication was accomplished through models in the form of characters and symbols, and the roles of the different actors were embellished with appropriate costumes, insignia and characteristics to represent aspects of Lanna history, while the scenery, sound effects and lighting were as realistic as possible. 3) The Spark U Lanna project’s broadcasting of content through social media had two major components: (1) Lanna culture was transmitted in the personal dimension, the geographical dimension, and the temporal dimension in order to grab and hold viewers’ attention, persuade them, and create public participation with interaction between social media users and drama viewers; (2) a combination of both YouTube and Facebook media was used. 4) Suggestions for the further development of communication tactics to promote culture using social media consisted of (1) Because content design and cultural presentation methods and formats involve many complexities in terms of the unique history, ways of life, customs, traditions and arts of Lanna, there should be subtitles included in different languages so that a wider range of viewers can follow the story and understand the meaning; (2) online transmission of culture through social media should take into account the benefit of educating people about arts, culture and history and preserving, adding value and passing down Thai cultural heritage; and (3) government agencies and civil society should join to make a strategic communication plan to promote culture through social media that leads to action and real results, and then should follow up and evaluate the communications to make sure they fit well with the local social and cultural context and local traditions.
