การบริหารแบบมุ่งเน้นผลสัมฤทธิ์ของโรงเรียนอนุบาลอุบลราชธานี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการดำเนินการบริหารแบบมุ่งเน้นผลสัมฤทธิ์ในสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลอุบลราชธานี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี (2) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารของโรงเรียนอนุบาลอุบลราชธานี (3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับการดำเนินการบริหารแบบมุ่งเน้นผลสัมฤทธิ์ของโรงเรียนอนุบาลอบุลราชธานี การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ผู้บริหาร ข้าราชการ และ บุคลากรโรงเรียนอนุบาลอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 340 คน การกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากการเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครซี และมอร์แกน จำนวน 181 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควตาจากจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การดำเนินการบริหารแบบมุ่งเน้นผลสัมฤทธิ์ในโรงเรียนอนุบาลอุบลราชธานี โดยภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการกำหนดรายละเอียดของตัวบ่งชี้วัดผลการดำเนินงาน และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการให้รางวัล ตอบแทน (2) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารของโรงเรียนอนุบาลอุบลราชธานี โดยภาพรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดได้แก่ ด้านการสื่อสาร ภาวะผู้นำ ของผู้บริหารด้านวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์การมี ความสัมพันธ์กับการดำเนินการบริหารแบบมุ่งเน้นผลสัมฤทธิ์ของโรงเรียนอนุบาลอุบลราชธานี ด้านการกำหนดรายละเอียดของตัวบ่งชี้วัดผลการดำเนินงาน (3) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารด้านการสื่อสารมีความสัมพันธ์กับการดำเนินการบริหารแบบมุ่งเน้นผลสัมฤทธิ์ของโรงเรียนอนุบาลอุบลราชธานีด้านการวัด และการตรวจสอบผลการดำเนินงาน และภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารด้านการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์มีความสัมพันธ์กับการดำเนินการบริหารแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของโรงเรียนอนุบาลอุบลราชธานี ด้านการให้รางวัลตอบแทน

The objectives of this research were to study (1) the result - based management of Anuban Ubonratchathani School of Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, (2) leadership of executive officials of Anuban Ubonratchathani School, and (3) the relationship between leadership of executive officials and result- based management of Anuban Ubonratchathani School. This research was a survey research. The population was the executive officials and personnel of Anuban Ubonratchathani School totally 340 people. The samples were 181 personnel which derived from Krejcie and Morgan table. Data were collected by using quota sampling method. Analytical statistics were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and Pearson 's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research result showed that (1) an overall image of the result - based management of Anuban Ubonratchathani School was at high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the setting detail of operational performance’s indicators was at the highest level. Reward giving aspect was at the lowest level. (2) an overall image of leadership of the executives of Anuban Ubon Ratchathani School was at high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest level was vision aspect and the lowest level was communication aspect. Leadership regarding vision and organizational change were related to result - based management of Anuban Ubon Ratchathani School in the area of key performance indicators. (3) leadership of the executives in communication aspect was related to the result- based management of Anuban Ubon Ratchathani School in the area of operational measurement and examination. In addition, the leadership of the executives in strategic thinking was related to result- based management of Anuban Ubon Ratchathani School in the area of reward giving
