Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง การจัดประชุมสัมมนาสำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยการอาชีพหลวงประธานราษฎร์นิกร ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนจากชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขางานการโรงแรม วิทยาลัยการอาชีพหลวงประธานราษฎร์นิกร จำนวน 27 คน ที่เรียนในภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2553 โดยสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง การจัดประชุมสัมมนา จำนวน 3 หน่วย คือ การวางแผนจัดประชุมสัมมนา การเตรียมการจัดประชุมสัมมนา และการดำเนินการและประเมินผลการจัดประชุมสัมมนา (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังเรียนแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง การจัดประชุมสัมมนา ที่ผลิตขึ้นทั้ง 3 หน่วย มีประสิทธิภาพ 78.70/81.11 78.83/79.72 และ 78.84/80.00 ตามลำดับเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนมีความเห็นว่าชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก
The purposes of this study were three-folds; (1) to Develop Electronic Learning Packages on topic of management the meeting for certificate vocational students II in Luangpratarnratnikorn Industrial and Community Education College students based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of the students learning from the Electronic Packages; and (3) to study the opinion of the students toward the quality of the electronic learning packages. The research Samples consisted of 27 certificate vocational II students of hospitality in Luangpratarnratnikorn Industrial and Community Education College studying in the second semester of the 2010 using the cluster sampling technique. Research instruments comprised (1) three units of the e-Learning Package on the topic of Meeting and Seminar Management, namely, 1) Planning for the Meeting and Seminar; 2) Preparation for the Meeting and Seminar; and 3) Running and Evaluation of the Meeting and Seminar. (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire asking the student’s opinions on quality of the e-Learning Packages. Statistics used were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings were that (1) the three units of e-Learning Packages were efficient at 78.70/81.11, 78.83/79.72 and 78.84/80.00 respectively; thus meeting the set efficiency criterion of 80/80; (2) the students learning from the e-Learning package achieved learning progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the opinion of the students toward the quality of the e-Learning packages was at the “Highly Agreeable” level.
