Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาผลของการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างอัตราภาษีที่มีต่อการใช้จ่ายของประชาชน (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้จ่ายของผู้มีเงินได้จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการสํารวจคือผู้มีเงินได้ในเขต จังหวัดปทุมธานีจํานวน 329,954 คน โดยใช้วิธีกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่าง จํานวน 318 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้มีเงินได้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมีอายุมากกว่า 40 ปี มีสถานภาพสมรส การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า รายได้น้อยกว่า 20,000 บาท
เป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และทราบถึงพระราชกฤษฎีกาลดอัตราภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาใหม่ (1) การเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างอัตราภาษีที่มีผลต่อการใช้จ่ายของประชาชน พบว่า ผู้มีเงินได้ ส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้มาจากเงินเดือน ใช้จ่ายเพื่อซื้อสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคเก็บออมโดยการฝากธนาคาร เพื่อใช้จ่ายยามเกษียนมีการลงทุนโดยการซื้อทองคํา อสังหาริมทรัพย์ และบริจาคการกุศลสาธารณะ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้จ่ายของผู้มีเงินได้จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า 1) เพศ และสถานภาพการสมรสที่แตกต่างกันใช้จ่ายเงินที่แตกต่างกันในด้านการบริโภค 2) อายุ การศึกษาที่แตกต่างกัน ใช้จ่ายเงินแตกต่างกันในด้านการบริโภคและสิ่งจูงใจที่ทําให้เกิดการเก็บออม 3) รายได้ที่แตกต่างกัน ใช้จ่ายเงิน แตกต่างกันในด้านการบริโภคและการลงทุน 4) อาชีพที่แตกต่างกันใช้จ่ายเงินแตกต่างกันในด้านการบริโภคและการบริจาคเพื่อการกุศล
This research aims (1) to study the effects of changes in tax rate on peoples' spending and (2) to compare taxpayers’ expenditure whom classified by personal factors. The research is a survey studies and the population is 329,954 Pathumthani province taxpayers and the sample size is 318. The questionnaire is used to collect data and the statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation test and analysis of variance. The results showed that (1) the majority of the sample were female, older than 40 years old, married, graduated with bachelor's degree or equivalent, income range is 0 -20,000 baht and were company employees. All of them know about the recent personal income tax deductions royal decree. (2) The samples' income is mainly from salary which spent for consumer goods such as food and save their money in the bank for retirement age. They also invest in gold and real estate and donate to the temple for charity. 1) Different genders and marital statuses are different in the way of spending money in consumption. 2) Different ages and levels of education are different in the way of spending money in consumption and saving incentives. 3) Different ranges of income are different in the way of spending money in consumption and investment. 4) Different careers are different in the way of spending money in consumption and charity.
