การยอมรับระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ : กรณีศึกษาธุรกิจผลิตอาหารสัตว์น้ำ กลุ่มธุรกิจเกษตรอุสาหกรรมและอาหาร เครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบสำรวจที่ใช้แบบสอบถาม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการใช้ (2) เปรียบเทียบการใช้ และ (3) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง การรับรู้ความง่าย การรับรู้ประโยชน์ เจตคติต่อการใช้ กับการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพนักงานธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์น้ำ กลุ่มเกษตรอุตสาหกรรมและอาหารเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ จำนวน 542 คน โดยใช้แบบจำลองการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีของเดวิส เป็นกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ประกอบด้วย สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พนักงานส่วนใหญ่ใช้ระบบมากกว่า 2 ปีในรอบ 6 เดือนที่ผ่านมาใช้ในการลามากที่สุด 3 - 5 ครั้ง มีการรับรู้ความง่ายของระบบโดยรวมในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก (X = 3.49) การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของระบบโดยรวมในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก (x = 3.73) และเจตคติต่อการใช้ระบบโดยรวมในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก (X =3.73) (2) พนักงานที่มีระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกันมีการรับรู้ประโยชน์ และเจตคติต่อการใช้ระบบแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 พนักงานที่มีตำแหน่งงานแตกต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ความง่าย การรับรู้ประโยชน์ เจตคติต่อการใช้ระบบ และการใช้ระบบโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (3) การรับรู้ความง่ายการรับรู้ประโยชน์ และเจตคติต่อการใช้ระบบมีความสัมพันธ์ซึ่งกันและกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

This survey research aims to study (1) The Human Resource Information System use (2) to compare with using and (3) to correlate of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Us, Attitude toward Use and Actual System Use. Samples consist of 542 employees from Aqua food production business, Chareon Pokabhand Affiliated Company. Fred Davis’s Technology Acceptance Model provided a research framework. The statistics used for data analysis were describe statistics, t-test, analysis of variance and compare mean by Tamhane’s multiple range test. The results showed that (1) The majority of had used the system more than 2 year, in round 6 last month used in the farewell 3 -5 most time, level of perceived ease of use was high (mean = 3.49), level of perceived usefulness was high (mean = 3.73) and level of attitude toward using was high (mean = 3.73) (2) Employees different educational level are perceived usefulness and attitude toward using in human resource information system were differed significantly at .05 level. Employees different position level are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness attitude toward using and actual system use in human resource information system were not differed (3) The relationship of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and attitude toward at .01 significant level.
