Abstract
วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้เพื่อ (1) ค้นหาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมปั๊มโลหะฝาจุกเกลียว โดยกระบวนการชี้บ่งและประเมินความเสี่ยงและ (2 ) จัดทำแผนงานบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้รวบรวมข้อมูลด้านความปลอดภัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการผลิตฝาจุกเกลียวจากหัวหน้างานและพนักงานแผนกฝาจุกเกลียวจานวน 124 คน แล้วนำมาจัดทำบัญชีรายการที่เป็นความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย ดำเนินการชี้บ่งอันตรายจากสิ่งที่เป็นความเสี่ยงและอันตรายในกระบวนการผลิต ด้วยเทคนิควิธีการวิเคราะห์ว้อทอิฟ (What If Analysis) และเทคนิคเช็คลิสต์ (Checklist) โดยระบุถึงเหตุการณ์ อุบัติเหตุ อันตรายที่เกิดขึ้นหรือผลที่จะเกิดตามมา เพื่อทำการประเมินความเสี่ยงโดยพิจารณาจากโอกาส และความรุนแรงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นนำมาจัดระดับความเสี่ยงของรายการสิ่งที่อาจเป็นความเสี่ยงและอันตรายต่อบุคคล ชุมชน ทรัพย์สินและสิ่งแวดล้อม แล้วนำมาจัดทำแผนงานลดความเสี่ยงและแผนงานควบคุมความเสี่ยงผลของการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมปั๊มโลหะฝาจุกเกลียวคือ กิจกรรมที่มีความเสี่ยงยอมรับไม่ได้ 3 กิจกรรม ความเสี่ยงระดับสูง 11 กิจกรรม ความเสี่ยงระดับปานกลาง 12 กิจกรรม และ (2) แผนงานบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมปั๊มโลหะฝาจุกเกลียวประกอบด้วย ทะเบียนความเสี่ยงและมาตรการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง
The purpose of this independent study were : (1) to determine risk factors associated with safety risk among employees in production process of a screw caps factory by the process of identification and risk assessment; and (2) to formulate risk management plan. This independent study collected data on safety related to process of screw caps from 124 supervisors and employees in screw caps section. A list of risk-free and safe operation of the hazard identification process was then conducted by using techniques of Checklist and What If Analysis and identifying the events, accidents, hazards or their consequences in order to assess risk based on the likelihood and propable severity. Then, risk prioritization of propable lists towards risk and hazard to persons, property and the environment community led to risk reduction plan and risk control plan. results of this study were: (1) the risk factors associated with safety risk among employees in production process of a screw caps factory were very hight risk 3 factors, hight risk 11 factors, and moderate risk 12 factors; and (2) risk management plan consisted of the registration number of risks and risk management measures.
