Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยลักษณะงาน (2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน (3) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานจําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (4) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยลักษณะงานที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตน้ำผลไม้ของบริษัท เอฟ แอนด์ วี โซลูชั่น จำกัด การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประเภทเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานฝ่ายผลิตน้ำผลไม้ของบริษัท เอฟ แอนด์ วี โซลูชั่น จำกัด ที่เป็นพนักงานประจำ กําหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามวิธีของยามาเน่ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจํานวน 110 คน จากจำนวนพนักงาน 150 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยลักษณะงานที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต ผลไม้บริษัท เอฟ แอนด์ วี โซลูชั่น จำกัด โดยรวมทั้ง 4 ด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าการพัฒนาทักษะอยู่ในระดับมากรองลงมาเป็นด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทํางาน การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีในการทํางาน และความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานตามลำดับ (2) ระดับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานพบว่า โดยรวมทั้ง 3 ด้านอยู่ระดับการปฏิบัติปานกลาง (3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า เพศ อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา ระดับตำแหน่งงาน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และอายุ พบว่าประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน ไม่แตกต่างกันตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (4) ผลการวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลระหว่างปัจจัยลักษณะงานกับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานพบว่า ปัจจัยลักษณะงานทั้ง 4 ปัจจัยมีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมร้อยละ 75.3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05
The objective of this study were (1) to study job characteristic factors, (2) to study performance efficiency of employees, (3) to compare performance efficiency of employees classified by personal factors, and (4) to analyze job characteristic factors affecting performance efficiency of employees of Fruit Juice Production Department of F&v Solution Company Limited. This study was a survey research. The population was 150 permanent employees of Fruit Juice Production Department of F&v Solution Company Limited. The sampling size of 110 people was calculated by Yamane Formula. A questionnaire was use as a tool research. Statistical data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple regression analysis and One-way ANOVA. The results was found that (1) four job characteristic factors of Fruit Juice Production Department of F&v Solution Company Limited were at a medium level, which skill development was the highest. (2) Overall performance efficiency of employees were at medium level. (3) Employess with differenet gender, age, status, education level, position, average income per month did not affect performance efficiency differently. (4) Four job characteristc factors affected performance efficiency for 75.3 percent at statistical significance level of 0.05.
