ผลการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนผดุงปัญญา จังหวัดตาก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบผลของการพัฒนาจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกของกลุ่มทดลองก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนว และ (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกของนักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองที่ใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก และกลุ่มควบคุมที่ใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนผดุงปัญญา จังหวัดตาก จำนวน 30 คน ที่ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม แล้วสุ่มอย่างง่ายเพื่อแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมจำนวนกลุ่มละ 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ (1) แบบวัดจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกที่มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .83 และ(2) ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองที่ได้ใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกมีจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ (2) นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองที่ใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก มีจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกสูงขึ้นกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมที่ใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวตามปกติ

The objectives of this research were (1) to compare the levels of psychological capital of experimental group before using and after using a guidance activities package for development of positive psychological capital and (2) to compare the levels of positive psychological capital of experimental group who used a guidance activities package for development of positive psychological capital and control group who used ordivaly guidance activities package. The research sample consisted of 30 Mathayom Suksa II of Phadungpanya School, obtained by cluster random sampling. The students were randomly assigned into the experimental group and the control group of 15 students each. The employed research instruments comprised (1) a perseverance of positive psychological capital developed by the researcher with .83 reliability coefficient and (2) a guidance activities package for development of positive psychological capital comprising 10 guidance activities. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t- test. Research findings showed that (1) the experimental group who used the guidance activities package to development of positive psychological capital at the significantly higher level at the .01. (2) the experimental group developed the positive psychological capital at the significantly higher level than that of the control group who used ordivaly guidance activities package.
