Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ(1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล (2) ศึกษาระดับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล และ(3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูลกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ สถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล จำนวน 76 โรงเรียน โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ 8 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 608 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่าที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เพื่อสอบถามภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.93 และ 0.94 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีระดับการปฏิบัติจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรการสอน ด้านการนิเทศการสอน และด้านการวัดประเมินผลและวิจัย (2) ระดับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีระดับการปฏิบัติจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ ด้านการมีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน ด้านการมีเป้าหมายร่วมกัน ด้านการตัดสินใจร่วมกัน ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารกันในกลุ่ม และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง ซึ่งมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of instructional leadership of school administrators in Satun Primary Education Service Area Office 2) the level of teamwork of teachers in school under Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3) the relationship between instructional Leadership of school administrators s and team working of teachers in school under Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office. The samples of this research deriving from purposive sampling consisted of 608 head staffs of department from 76 schools in the academic year 2015 from each of which 8 teachers were selected consisting purposively selected learning area heads.The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire developed by the researcher ,dealing with data on instructional leadership and teamwork in school ,with reliability coefficients of .93 and .94 ,respectively. The data was statistically analyzed by mean, standard deviation and Pearson product – moment correlation coefficient. The .01 level of significance was predetermined for hypothesis testing. Research finding showed that 1) the instructional leadership of administrators under Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office were sorted from high level to low level; school curriculum administrative, instructional management, instructional supporting. 2) teamwork of teachers in Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office were sorted from high level to low level; human relationship, common purpose, common decision. And 3) the relation between instructional leadership of school administrators and teachers teamwork found that the positive correlation was in high level which was significant at the .01 level.
