การดำเนินงานของกลุ่มยุวเกษตรกรในโรงเรียน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานทั่วไปของโรงเรียนที่มีกลุ่มยุวเกษตรกรในโรงเรียน (2) วิธีการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มยุวเกษตรกรในโรงเรียน (3) ศึกษาความต้องการในการพัฒนากลุ่มยุวเกษตรกรในโรงเรียน (4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนากลุ่มยุวเกษตรกร ในโรงเรียน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ กรรมการและสมาชิกกลุ่มยุวเกษตรกรในโรงเรียน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จานวน 112 ราย และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง คือ ผู้ปกครอง โรงเรียน ครูที่ปรึกษาและเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามจัดเก็บ นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สาเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่าสุด และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) คณะกรรมการและสมาชิกยุวเกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 11.55 ปี กาลังศึกษาในระดับชั้น ป. 4-ป. 6 ส่วนใหญ่เข้าร่วมทำกิจกรรมการเกษตรในโรงเรียนโดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่และครูแนะนำ และมีความต้องการความรู้ด้านการเกษตร ด้านเคหกิจเกษตรในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนความต้องการในระดับมาก คือความต้องการฝึกปฏิบัติงานด้านการเกษตร ส่วนปัญหามีอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือไม่มีสินเชื่อการเกษตร และไม่มีทักษะด้านการฝึกปฏิบัติ (2) ผู้ปกครองยุวเกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย และเป็นเกษตรกร โดยทราบและสนับสนุนให้บุตรหลานเป็นสมาชิกยุวเกษตรกร มีความต้องการให้บุตรหลานได้รับความรู้ด้านการเกษตร ส่วนโรงเรียน และครูที่ปรึกษาสนับสนุนกิจกรรมยุวเกษตรกรเป็นประจาทุกปี มีความต้องการปัจจัยการผลิตและการฝึกปฏิบัติด้านการเกษตร ปัญหา คือการประสานงาน และไม่มีวัสดุอุปกรณ์ด้านการเกษตร (3) เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตร ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 44.55 ปีจบการศึกษาวิชาเอกคหกรรมศาสตร์ มีประสบการณ์ในการรับผิดชอบงานยุวเกษตรกร 16 ปี รับผิดชอบกิจกรรมด้านการเกษตร มีความต้องการปัจจัย และการประสานงานในระดับต่าง ๆ

The purposes of this research were to study (1) basic information of school 4-H clubs in schools, (2) school operational approaches of school 4-H clubs, (3) needs for operational development of school 4-H clubs, (4) problems and suggestions for development of Schools 4-H clubs. The studied population composed of 112 committees and members of school 4-H clubs in schools of Ubon Ratchathani Province including people concerned, such as guardians, schools, teacher advisors and agricultural extension agents. For data collection, the research instrument was questionnaire. Data analysis by computer programs and statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, maximum value, minimum value, and standard deviation. Results from the study were as follows. (1) Most of the committees and members were male with the average age at 11.55 years, finished lower or higher primary education. Most of them joined agricultural activity on invitation by teachers and agricultural extension agents. They wished to learn about agricultural knowledge. Home agriculture was at “medium” level while needs at high level included agricultural practical training, whereas problems at “medium” level were unavailability of agricultural loan and no practical skills. (2) Most of their guardians were male being farmers who had learned and supported their children to be member of school 4-H clubs and wishing them to learn about agricultural fields. In addition, both schools and teacher advisors supported schools 4-H clubs every year. What they needed were production factors and agricultural practical trainings. Their problems were work coordination, unavailability of agricultural equipment. (3) Most of the agricultural extension agents were female with the average age at 44.55 years, completed home economics as their major and 16 years of experience in schools 4-H clubs, responsible for agricultural activities. Factors and work coordination with different echelons were also in needs.
