Abstract
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำ การเปลี่ยนแปลง ของผู้บริหารการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เขต1 ภาคใต้ (2) ศึกษาการบริหารงานแบบสมดุล ของผู้บริหารการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เขต1 ภาคใต้ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำ การเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการบริหารงานแบบสมดุลของผู้บริหารการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เขต1 ภาคใต้ ประชากรของการศึกษา คือ พนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค ในสังกัด
ของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เขต1 ภาคใต้ จำนวน 6 จังหวัด โดยมีพนักงานทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 1,418 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างของการศึกษา คือ พนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคเขต1 ภาคใต้ จำนวน 6 จังหวัด ได้จำนวนตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 312 คน ทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ตามสูตรคำนวณของยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สถิติ พรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริหารการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 1 ภาคใต้ มีภาวะผู้นำ การเปลี่ยนแปลง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา และ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล (2) ผู้บริหารมีการบริหารงานแบบสมดุล ในภาพรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมาก และรายมุมมองอยู่ในระดับมากทุกมุมมองซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย มุมมองด้านการเงิน มุมมองด้านลูกค้า มุมมองด้านกระบวนการภายใน และมุมมองด้านด้านการเรียนรู้ และการพัฒนา (3) ความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการบริหารงานแบบสมดุลของผู้บริหาร การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เขต1 ภาคใต้ มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวก และมีความสัมพันธ์กันอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก
The objective of this study were (1) to study the transformational leadership of the administrators of the Provincial Electricity Authority South 1(2) to study the balanced scorecard of the administrators of the the Provincial Electricity Authority South 1 and (3) to study the relationship between the transformational leadership and balanced scorecard of the administrators of the Provincial Electricity Authority South 1 Population were 1,418 employees from six provinces who work under the Provincial Electricity Authority South 1. The simple used in this study was 312 employees working with the Provincial Electricity Authority South 1 from six provinces and was selected by using the stratified sampling of Yamane method. The research instrument was opinion’s questionnaire. The Statistics utilized for data analysis included descriptive statistics percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics included Pearson Product- moment correlation coefficient. The research findings were as follows : (1) The ransformational leadership of the administrators of the Provincial Electricity Authority South 1 in overall aspects and different aspects. They were idealized influence of charisma Leadership, inspiration motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration (2) The balanced scorecard of the administrators of the Provincial Electricity Authority South 1 in overall aspects and different perspectives were rate in a high level. They consisted of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective. (3) The relationship between the transformational leadership and balanced scorecard of the administrators of the Provincial Electricity Authority South 1 were positive at very high level.
