Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทการบริหารงานกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์ทางการบริหารต่างกันกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพึ้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 จำนวน 63 คน ได้มาโดยการการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ คำเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) บทบาทการบริหารงานกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านมี 3 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ บทบาทด้านการสร้างความตระหนัก บทบาทด้านการกำหนดแผน และบทบาทด้านการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และความสามารถให้กับบุคลากร และ (2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกันมีบทบาทในการบริหารงานกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปี จะมีบทบาทในการบริหารงานกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนมากกว่าผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์ 1-5 ปี
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the roles in administration of student development activities of small-sized school administators under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 3; and (2) to compare the roles in administration of student development activities of school administrators with different administrative experiences The research sample consisted of 63 randomly selected small-sized school administrators under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 3. The employed data collecting instrument was a 4-scale rating questionnaire developed by the researcher. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings revealed that (1) the overall role in administration of student development activities of small-sized school administrators under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 3 was rated at the high level; when specific roles were considered, there were three roles that received the rating at the highest level, namely, the role on creating awareness, the role on plan determination, and the role on knowledge and ability development for the personnel; and (2) small- sized school administrators under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 3 with different work experiences differed significantly at the .05 level in their performance of their roles in administration of student development activities, with administrators with work experience of more than five years having significantly higher level of their role performance than that of administrators with work experience of 1 - 5 years.
