คู่มือการจัดการในหน่วยงานบำบัดน้ำเสียโรงพยาบาลพระนครศรีอยุธยานี้ จัดทำขึ้นโดยการค้นคว้าข้อมูลจากแหล่งวิชาการต่างๆ และมาตรฐานงานบำบัดน้ำเสียในสถานบริการพยาบาล และตามกฎหมายที่ระบุ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเป็นคู่มือสำหรับผู้บริหารในการจัดการบำบัดน้ำเสียโรงพยาบาลพระนครศรีอยุธยาได้ปฏิบัติได้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของสถานบริการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาล คู่มือประกอบด้วยเนื้อหา 4 บท คือ บทที่ 1 บทนำ บทที่ 2 ความรู้ ทฤษฎี มาตรฐาน และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการและงานการบำบัดน้ำเสียของโรงพยาบาลและสถานบริการพยาบาล
บทที่ 3 ขั้นตอนการทำคู่มือ บทที่ 4 คู่มือการการจัดการในหน่วยงานบำบัดน้ำเสียในโรงพยาบาลพระนครศรีอยุธยาสำหรับผู้บริหาร ประโยชน์ของคู่มือนี้คือ ได้คู่มือสำหรับกลุ่มงานบริหารงานทั่วไปที่รับผิดชอบในการจัดการบำบัดน้ำเสียในโรงพยาบาลพระนครศรีอยุธยา แนวทางมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานตามที่กำหนดถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานและสถานบริการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาล
A manual for wastewater treatment system management at Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital was prepared based on the information obtained from various technical sources and standards for wastewater treatment at sanatoriums or health-care facilities and related laws. This study aimed to create a manual as mentioned above for hospital administrators to use in wastewater management at the hospital as required by law and the standards for sanatoriums. The prepared manual has four chapters: Chapter 1, Introduction; Chapter 2, The Theory, Knowledge, Standards, and Laws Related to Wastewater management at Sanatoriums; Chapter 3, Steps for Developing the Manual; and Chapter 4, Manual for administrators in Wastewater Treatment System Management at Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital. The benefits of this manual are for the hospital’s general administration group to have guidelines for wastewater treatment system management at Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital and for such operations to be undertaken according to the standard operating procedures in this regard at sanatoriums
