Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคกาแฟในเขตพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล บางรักพัฒนา จังหวัดนนทบุรี และ (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคกาแฟในเขตพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางรักพัฒนา จังหวัดนนทบุรี ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือผู้บริโภคกาแฟที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 - 70 ปี ซึ่งพักอาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางรักพัฒนา อำเภอบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี จำนวนประมาณ 2,358 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 350 คน ด้วยสูตร ของทาโรยามาเน่ และ ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญเครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉสี่ย และค่าสถิติไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 18 - 30 ปี สถานภาพโสด การศึกษระดับปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า อาชีพรับจ้าง/พนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และมีรายได้ต่อเดือน10.001 - 20,000 บาท นิยมบริโภคกาแฟสตผสมนมแบบเย็นรสกลมกล่อม เพราะชื่นชอบในรสชาติและกลิ่นหอมของกาแฟ บริโภคกาแฟช่วงเวลาเช้าวันละ 1 แก้ว 2-3 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ ให้ความสำคัญกับบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เป็นแก้วพลาสติกหนาขุ่น ตัดสินใจซื้อกาแฟบริโภคด้วยตนเอง มีความรู้สึกเฉย ๆ เมื่อไม่ได้บริโภคกาแฟ นิยมใช้บริการร้านกาแฟ เพื่อนัดพบปะพูดคุยกัน ให้ความสำคัญกับกิริยามารยาทของพนักงานและชอบร้านกาแฟที่ให้พนักงานแต่งเครื่องแบบพนักงาน ส่วนใหญ่นิยมเข้าใช้บริการร้านกาแฟที่เป็นมุมกาแฟในอาคารที่อยู่ใกล้และสะดวก ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีรูปแบบการตกแต่งร้าน และเห็นว่าราคาที่เหมาะสมของกาแฟโบราณ คือ 16 - 20 บาทต่อแก้ว ส่วนกาแฟสด คือ 31 - 40 บาทต่อแก้ว (2) อายุ สถานภาพการสมรสระดับการศึกษา อาชีพและรายได้ต่อเดือนของผู้บริโภคกาแฟมีความสัมพันธ์กับตัวแปรพฤติกรรมการบริโภคกาแฟเกือบทุกตัวแปร ขณะที่เพศมีความสัมพันธ์กับตัวแปรเหตุผลสำคัญในการบริโภคกาแฟเพียงตัวแปรเดียว และตัวแปรผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจซื้อกาแฟไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับตัวแปรปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ศึกษา ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05
The purposes of this study were (1) to study behaviors of coffee consumer in Bangrakpattana Subdistrict Administrative Organization of Nonthaburi Province (2) to study the relationship between personal factors and coffee consumption behaviors in Bangrakpattana Subdistrict Administrative Organization of Nonthaburi Province. Population of this study were 2,358 coffee consumers residing in the area of Bangrakpattana Subdistrict Administrative Organization of Nonthaburi Province. Survey technique was used via questionnaires distributed by accidental sampling to 350 sample determined by Yamane’s formula. Statistic used for data analysis were frequency, percentages, average, and Chi-Square test. The results of this study revealed that (1) most of the samples were single females, aged between 18–30 years, graduated with bachelor degree or equivalent, working as private section employees and earning monthly income ranged from 10,001 –20,000 bahts. They preferred consuming roaster coffee with iced because of its taste and aroma and had a cup of coffee once a day in the morning and visit a coffee shop 2-3 times a week. That coffee was blended with milk, also packages choosing on thick opaque plastic cup. They felt indifferent whether to have or not have coffee on any day. Their decisions to purchase coffee depended on themselves. They liked using coffee shop as a meeting venue. The manners of the staff and the uniforms were taken into their consideration. They preferred coffee shops which located in building corner because of the convenience. Those coffee shops were well decorated was not considered important. The reasonable price of traditional coffee should be 16–20 bahts per cup and for roaster coffee should be 31–40 bahts per cup; (2) ages, marital status, education, occupation and monthly income of the coffee consumer were relate to almost all aspects of coffee consumption behavior, while genders were related to the main reason for coffee consumption only. The variable named “influencers on buying decision” was not significantly related to all of personal factors at 0.05 level.
