Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพในการจ้างงานของการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย! (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิภาพในการจ้างงานของการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (3) เพื่อแสวงหาแนวทางแก้ไขในการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการจ้างงานของการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้รับจ้างการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทยแม่เมาะ จำนวน 400 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยโดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้รับจ้างโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(X = 2.44) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าผู้รับจ้างมีความพึงพอใจในด้านลักษณะของงานที่ทำมากที่สุด (X = 2.47) รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านความมั่นคงและความต่อเนื่องของงาน (X = 2.45) และความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยแวดล้อมในการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X = 2.41) (2) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ลักษณะของงานที่ทำ สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานความมั่นคงและความต่อเนื่องของงานมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 กล่าวคือ ถ้าปัจจัยแวดล้อมในการทำงานเหมาะสม และมีคุณภาพก็จะส่งผลให้การจ้างงานมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
The objectives of this research were (1) to study employment efficiency of Electricity’ Generating Authority of Thailand; (2) to study the factors which relate to employment efficiency of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand; (3) seek for direction to improve employment efficiency of Electricity’ Generating Authority’ of Thailand. The 400 samples were gathered from employees of Electricity Generating Authority’ of Thailand Mae Moh. The research instrument used was a set of questionnaire SPSS/PC computer program was used to calculate the percentage, mean, standard deviation and One Way ANOVA. The research result showed that (1) Overall satisfaction of employees is __ moderate (X = 2.44). Employees’ satisfaction on types of job done is the highest (X = 2.44) followed by job security and job continues (X = 2.44), the factors affecting working is moderate (X - 2.44). (2) The results of assumption testing found that type of job done, job security and job continues are statistically significant with0.05 level. The significance of the correlation showed that the employment efficiency is higher.
