Abstract
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกรที่ได้รับบัตรดินดี 2) การใช้เครื่องมือในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลสารสนเทศของเกษตรกรที่ได้รับบัตรดินดี 3) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลสารสนเทศในบัตรดินดี 4) ความต้องการและความพึงพอใจต่อข้อมูลสารสนเทศในบัตรดินดี 5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการใช้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศในบัตรดินดีของเกษตรกร ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรที่ได้รับบัตรดินดีจากสถานีพัฒนาที่ดินลพบุรีในจังหวัดลพบุรี จำนวน 500 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยสูตรของทาโร ยามาเน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 222 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 46.83 ปี ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกร 2) เป็นการใช้มือถือของเกษตรกร ร้อยละ 80.3 ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือมาเป็นระยะเวลา 5-9 ปี ร้อยละ 26.1 ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ 5-6 ครั้ง/วัน ร้อยละ 46.8 ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตจากโทรศัพท์มือถือน้อยกว่า 30 นาที/ครั้ง ร้อยละ 93.2 ใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตจากโทรศัพท์มือถือในช่วงเวลา 12.00-13.00 น.และเกษตรกรร้อยละ 96.8 สื่อสารโดยใช้ไลน์ 3) เกษตรกรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศในบัตรดินดีอยู่ในระดับมาก 4) เกษตรกรมีความต้องการใช้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศในบัตรดินดีโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีความต้องการใช้ข้อมูลในประเด็นผลิตภัณฑ์จุลินทรีย์ของกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับดินและการปรับปรุงแก้ไข และมีความพึงพอใจใช้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศในบัตรดินดีโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ข้อมูลในประเด็นผลิตภัณฑ์จุลินทรีย์ของกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน การจัดการดินด้วยวิธีการอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำ 5) เกษตรกร ร้อยละ 76.6 มีปัญหาโทรศัพท์มือถือไม่รองรับแอพพลิเคชั่นบัตรดินดีร้อยละ 74.3 มีปัญหาไม่ได้เชื่อมต่อสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตเวลาอยู่นอกสถานที่ โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะ ให้เจ้าหน้าที่เข้าเยี่ยมเยียนให้ความรู้ และให้หน่วยงานจัดฝึกอบรมรวมถึงสาธิตการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเกี่ยวกับบัตรดินดีและปรับปรุงข้อมูลสารสนเทศในบัตรดินดีให้ เข้าใจได้ง่ายไม่ซับซ้อน
The objectives of this research were to study 1) social and economic conditions of farmers who had received Did Dee card 2) to use materials to access farmer’s information who had received Did Dee card 3) knowledge regarding information technology in Din Dee card 4) needs and satisfaction towards the information technology in Din Dee card 5) problems and suggestions on information technology usage in Din Dee card of farmers. The population of this study was 500 farmers who had received Din Dee cards from Lop Buri land development station in Lop Buri province. The sample size of 222 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula and simple random sampling method. Data were collected by conducting interview and were analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation, and ranking The results of the research showed that 1) most of the farmers were male with the average age of 46.83 years and were farmers as their profession. 2) 80.3% of farmers used mobile phones for approximately 5-9 years. 26.1% of them used the mobile phones 5-6 times/day and 46.85 used internet from mobile phones less than 30 minute/day. 93.2% used mobile phone internet during 12.00 – 13.00 pm. 96.8% of farmers used Line application. 3) Farmers had knowledge and understanding about the utilization of information technology in Din Dee card at the high level. 4) The need for the utilization of information technology in Din Dee card, overall, was at the highest level with the need to use the information about microbial products of Land Development Department, soil problems and solutions, and the satisfaction on the utilization of information technology in Din Dee card, overall, were at the highest level. The satisfaction were on the aspects of the usage of information in microbial products of Land Development Department and soil management by using soil and water preservation methods. 5) 76.6% of farmers used mobile phones that did not support the Din Dee card application. 74.3% did not connect to the internet when they were outside. They suggested that the officers should make a visit to give out knowledge and the agency should organize trainings along with demonstration in the utilization of information technology of Din Dee card and modify the information technology in Din Dee card to be simpler.
