Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการศูนย์การเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยนาท กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยนาท ที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 316 คน โดยใช้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างกำหนดตามตารางของทาโร ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ได้มาโดย การสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความต้องการศูนย์การ เรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยนาท สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ครูมีความต้องการศูนย์การเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่ามีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2 ด้าน คือ ด้าน โครงสร้าง และด้านการจัดพื้นที่และสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ และ มีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมาก 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ และด้านบุคลากร เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายการในแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในแต่ละด้านมีดังนี้ 1) ความต้องการด้านโครงสร้างของศูนย์การเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ คือ ส่วนวิชาการ 2) ความต้องการด้านการจัดพื้นที่และสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพของศูนย์การเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ คือ สภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ 3) ความต้องการด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ วิทยาศาสตร์ คือ สื่อประเภทวิธีการ และ 4) ความต้องการบุคลากรของศูนย์การเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ คือ ฝ่ายบริหารการศึกษา
The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs for science learning center of teachers in schools under Chainat Primary Education Service Area Offices. The research sample consisted of 316 randomly selected teachers teaching during the 2016 academic year in schools under Chainat Primary Education Service Area Offices. The sample size was determined based on Taro Yamane’s Sample Size Table at the 95 per cent confidence interval. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the needs for science learning center of teachers in schools under Chainat Primary Education Service Area Offices. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that the teachers’ overall need for science learning center was at the high level. When specific aspects of the needs were considered, it was found that the needs were at the highest level in two aspects, namely, the structural aspect, and the arrangement of physical settings and environment; while the needs were at the high level in two aspects, namely, the learning media aspect, and the personnel aspect. When specific aspects were considered, each aspect with the item receiving the top rating mean were specified as follows: (1) in the aspect of the need for the structure of the science learning center, the item with the highest rating mean was that on the need for academic aspect of the science learning center; (2) in the aspect of the arrangement of physical settings and environment, the item with the highest rating mean was that on the need for physical environment; (3) in the aspect of the need for learning media of the science learning center, the item with the highest rating mean was that on the method media; and (4) in the aspect of the need for personnel of the science learning center, the item with the highest rating mean was that on personnel in educational administration.
