การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการสอนของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการสอนของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 จำนวน 270 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการสอนของครู สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่าการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการสอนของครูใน สถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้ (1) ด้านสภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ข้อที่ได้รับค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ข้อเกี่ยวกับการใช้เพื่อการเรียนการสอนและข้อเกี่ยวกับการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ ส่วนข้อที่ได้รับค่าเฉลี่ยตํ่าสุด คือ ข้อเกี่ยวกับการใช้ฮาร์ดแวร์ (2) ด้านปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ข้อที่ได้รับค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ซึ่งแสดงว่ามีปัญหามากที่สุด คือข้อเกี่ยวกับด้านการบริหารส่วนข้อที่ได้รับค่าเฉลี่ยตํ่าสุด ซึ่งแสดงว่ามีปัญหาตํ่าสุด คือ ด้านการใช้ฮาร์ดแวร์ และ (3) ด้านความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ข้อที่ได้รับค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความต้องการมากที่สุด คือ ข้อที่เกี่ยวกับความต้องการด้านระบบเครือข่าย ส่วนข้อที่ได้รับค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความ ต้องการตํ่าสุด คือ ข้อที่เกี่ยวกับความต้องการด้านการใช้ฮาร์ดแวร์

The purpose of this research was to study the use of information and communication technology for instruction by teachers in schools under Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The research sample consisted of 270 randomly selected teachers in schools under Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the use of information and communication technology for instruction by teachers. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall use of information and communication technology for instruction by teachers in schools under Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1was at the high level. When specific aspects of the use were considered, the use in every aspect was at the high level. เท each aspect, the items with top rating and lowest rating means were specified as follows: (1) in the aspect of the state of using information and communication technology, the items with the top rating mean were that on the use for instruction and that on the use of computer software; (2) in the aspect of problems for the use of information and communication technology, the item with the top rating mean for problems was that on the administration, while the item with the lowest rating mean for problems was that on the use of computer hardware; and (3) in the aspect of the needs for using information and communication technology for instruction, the item with the top rating mean was that on the need for the network system, while the item with the lowest rating mean was that on the need for the use of computer hardware.
