Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตาบลดอนใหญ่ อาเภอบางแพ จังหวัดราชบุรี (2) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอนใหญ่ อำเภอบางแพ จังหวัดราชบุรี (3) เสนอ ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอนใหญ่ อำเภอบางแพ จังหวัดราชบุรี
ประชากรในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ประชาชนที่อยู่อาศัยในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลดอนใหญ่ จา นวน 3,868 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ประชาชน จำนวน 363 คน ที่อยู่อาศัยในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลดอนใหญ่ การกำหนด ขนาดตัวอย่างได้มาจากการคำนวณโดยใช้สูตรของยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งเป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่าของลิเคอร์ท มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของ

บริหารส่วนตำบลดอนใหญ่ อำเภอบางแพ จังหวัดราชบุรี อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ทั้งด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและแหล่งน้ำ ด้านสาธารณสุขและกีฬา ด้านการเมืองและการบริหารจัดการที่ดี ด้านการศึกษาและคุณภาพชีวิตของ สังคม ด้านเศรษฐกิจ และด้านศาสนา วัฒนธรรมและทรัพยากรธรรมชาติสิ่งแวดล้อม (3) ปัญหา อุปสรรค ในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอนใหญ่ อำเภอบางแพ จังหวัดราชบุรี ได้แก่ การจ่ายเงินเบี้ยยังชีพ
ผู้สูงอายุล่าช้า การขาดความปรองดองของสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอนใหญ่ การขาดการดูแลถนนที่ชารุด ข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอนใหญ่ ข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนา
ท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอนใหญ่เชิงนโยบาย คือ 1) กำหนดนโยบายการบริการเกี่ยวกับเบี้ยยังชีพช่วยเหลือซ่อมแซมที่อยู่อาศัย ถนนชา รุด ให้ชัดเจน 2) กำหนดนโยบายด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์การดำเนินงานของอบต. และ 3) กำหนดนโยบายด้านการเปิดบริการในวันเสาร์
This research aimed to (1) study factors affecting people’s satisfaction in local development of Donyai Sub-District Administrative Organization, Bang Phae District, Ratchaburi Province (2) study level of people’s satisfaction in local development of Donyai Sub-District Administrative Organization, Bang Phae District, Ratchaburi Province (3) present problems, obstacles, and recommend appropriate approach in local development of Donyai Sub-District Administrative Organization, Bang Phae District, Ratchaburi Province. Population consisted of 3,868 residents in Tambon Donyai from which 363 samples were obtained via Taro Yamane calculation method with confidence level at 95 percent. Instrument used was questionnaire with reliability at 0.97. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, standard deviation, multiple regression analysis and content analysis. Research results revealed that (1) factors affecting people’s satisfaction in local development of Donyai Sub - District Administrative Organization, Bang Phae District, Ratchaburi Province were control and policy factors, with level of statistically significance at .05 (2) people were satisfied with local development in all aspects which were infrastructure and water resources, public health and sports, politics and good governance, education and quality of life, economic and religion, cultural, natural resources and the environment (3) problems in local development of Donyai Sub-District Administrative Organization, Bang Phae District, Ratchaburi Province included the delay in allowance payment for the elderly, lack of reconciliation of council members of Sub-District Administrative Organization, lack of care of the damaged road; recommendations were 1) setting up clear service policy on allowance payment, and on repairing damaged roads and residences, 2) setting up policy to promote performance of Donyai Sub-District Administrative Organization on local development and 3) service on Saturday should also be considered as organization’s policy.
