Abstract
การวิจัยเชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยคัดสรร คุณลักษณะที่สอดคล้องกับหลักอิทธิบาท 4 และพฤติกรรมบริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ (2) อิทธิพลระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรร คุณลักษณะที่สอดคล้องกับหลักอิทธิบาท 4 กับพฤติกรรมบริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ประชากร คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฎิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ขนาด 100 เตียงขึ้นไปในกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างน้อย 1 ปี จำนวน 1,017 คน คำนวณขนาดตัวอย่างโดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Power analysis ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 อำนาจในการทดสอบ 0.80 ขนาดอิทธิพล 0.13 ได้จำนวน 104 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น ได้แก่ (1) แบบสอบถามปัจจัยคัดสรร (2) แบบสอบถามคุณลักษณะที่สอดคล้องกับหลักอิทธิบาท 4 และ (3) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมบริการตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ
ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 ท่าน ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามคุณลักษณะที่สอดคล้องกับหลักอิทธิบาท 4 และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมบริการตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ เท่ากับ 0.95 ทั้งสองฉบับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยค่าความถี่ รัอยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับพฤติกรรมบริการตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ในรายด้านพบว่าด้านบุคลิกภาพในระดับสูงมาก (2) คุณลักษณะที่สอดคล้องกับหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ของพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยพยาบาลมีคุณลักษณะด้านจิตตะมากที่สุด (3) ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมบริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะที่สอดคล้องกับหลักอิทธิบาท 4 และการได้รับคำชมเชยจากผู้ใช้บริการเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมบริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพได้ร้อยละ 75.8
The purposes of this predictive research were: (1) to study selected factors, characteristics corresponding to the four paths of accomplishments, and service behaviors of professional nurses and (2) to investigate the influence of selected factors and characteristics corresponding to the four paths of accomplishments on service behaviors of professional nurses. The population was 1,017 professional nurses who had experience at least one year at private 100-bed hospitals in Bangkok Metropolitan. The 104 sample was calculated by computer program. Power Analysis for which the significant level was 0.05, the power level was 0.80 and the effect size was .13. Stratified random sampling technique was used to select subjects. The questionnaires, developed by the researcher, included 3 sections: (1) selected factors, (2) characteristics corresponding to the four paths of accomplishments, and (3) service behaviors as perceived by professional nurses. Content validity of each questionnaire was examined by 7 experts. The Cronbach alpha reliability coefficients of the second and the third sections were 0.95 equally. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study illustrated as follows. (1) The service behaviors of professional nurses were rated at the high level over all as well as personality subscale. (2) The four paths of accomplishments were rated at the high level over all as well as the China subscale. Finally, (3) characteristics correspond to the four paths of accomplishments, with written praise from clients significantly predicted the service behaviors of professional nurses and accounted for 75.8% of variance.
