ผลของการให้การปรึกษาแบบกลุ่มเพื่อพัฒนาเอกลักษณ์แห่งตนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเทศบาล ๓ "ยุติธรรมวิทยา" จังหวัดสกลนคร

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบระดับเอกลักษณ์แห่งตนของนักเรียน กลุ่มทดลอง ก่อนและหลังได้รับการปรึกษาแบบกลุ่ม และ (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับเอกลักษณ์แห่งตนของนักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเทศบาล ๓ “ยุติธรรมวิทยา” จังหวัดสกลนคร จำนวน 50 คน ที่ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม จากนั้นจึงสุ่มอย่างง่ายอีก 16 คน เป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 8 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับการปรึกษาแบบกลุ่ม จำนวน 9 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 1.30-2.00 ชั่วโมง ขณะที่กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับข้อสนเทศการแนะแนวตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) แบบวัดเอกลักษณ์แห่งตน ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .77 (2) ข้อสนเทศการแนะแนว และ (3) โปรแกรมการให้การปรึกษาแบบกลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าเบี่ยงเบนควอไทล์ การทดสอบแมนวิทนีย์ และการทดสอบวิลคอกซัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองมีระดับเอกลักษณ์แห่งตนสูงขึ้นภายหลังจากการให้การปรึกษาแบบกลุ่ม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (2) นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองมีระดับเอกลักษณ์แห่งตนสูงกว่าของกลุ่มควบคุมหลังการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this study were (1) to compare self-identity levels of the experimental group students before and after receiving group counseling; and (2) to compare the post-experiment self-identity levels of the experimental group students and the control group students the research sample consisted of 50 Mathayom Suksa I students of Thetsaban III “Yuttithamwitthaya” Secondary School in Sakon Nakhon Province, obtained by cluster sampling. After that, 16 of them were randomly selected and randomly assigned into the experimental group and the control group, each of which consisting of 8 students. The experimental group received group counseling for 9 sessions each of which lasted 1and a half to 2 hours; while the control group received the traditional guidance information. The employed research instruments were (1) a scale to assess self-identity, with reliability coefficient of .77; (2) the traditional guidance information; and (3) a group counseling program. Statistics for data analysis were the median, inter-quartile range, Mann Whiney U Test, and Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed-Ranks Test the results showed that (1) after receiving group counseling program, the experimental group students’ self-identity level was increased at the .05 level of statistical significance; and (2) the post-experiment self-identity level of the experimental group students was higher than the post-experiment counterpart level of the control group students at the .01 level of statistical significance.
