ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศในเขตห้วยขวาง กรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศในเขตห้วยขวาง กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศในเขตห้วยขวาง กรุงเทพมหานคร การศึกษาครั้งนีใช้แบบสอบถามถามพนักงานบริษัทแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศในเขตห้วยขวาง กรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้งหมด จำนวน 174 ตัวอย่าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาอธิบายประสิทธิภาพการทํางานของพนักงาน และแบบจําลอง โลจิสติกเพื่ออธิบายปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทํางานของพนักงานแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศในเขตห้วยขวาง กรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการศีกษาพบว่า 1) ข้อมูลการมีประสิทธิภาพในการทํางาน ด้านปัจจัยในการทํางานค่าเฉลี่ยของพนักงานมีการดำเนินงานบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์สูงสุด มีค่าเท่ากับ 4.21 การมีประสิทธิภาพด้านปัจจัยเวลา ค่าเฉลี่ยของพนักงานสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้เสร็จเรียบร้อยภายในเวลาที่กําหนด มีค่าเท่ากับ 4.14 ด้านปัจจัยการปราศจากความผิดพลาดในการทํางาน ค่าเฉลี่ยของพนักงานที่ไม่เคยชดใช้ค่าเสียหายจากการปฏิบัติงานผิดพลาด เท่ากับ 3.96 และ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ได้แก่ เพศ ซึ่งเพศหญิงมีประสิทธิภาพน้อยกว่าเพศชาย และสถานภาพสมรส โดยพนักงานที่มีสถานภาพสมรสมีประสิทธิภาพมากกว่าพนักงานที่มีสถานภาพโสด ส่วนการอบรมหรือเพิ่มพูนความรู้ทักษะในการปฏิบัติงาน พนักงานที่ได้รับการอบรมมีประสิทธิภาพมากกว่าพนักงานที่ไม่ได้รับการอบรม สําหรับรายได้มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางตรงกันข้ามกับประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงาน

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the work performance of the foreign exchange workers working in Huai Khwang District, Bangkok, and 2) to study the factors affecting the work performance of the foreign exchange workers working in Huai Khwang District, Bangkok. This study used the questionnaire to collect the data from 174 samples selected from the foreign exchange workers working in Huai Khwang District, Bangkok. The statistics for the data analysis were the descriptive statistics for describing the work performance of the workers and the logistic model for explaining the factors affecting the work performance of the foreign exchange workers working in Huai Kwang District, Bangkok. The results of the study showed that 1) for the work performance measured by the work-related factor, the mean scores of the workers who achieved the highest level of the objective were 4.21. Concerning the time efficiency factor, the average scores of the workers who could complete their works within a specified time were 4.14. Regarding the error-free factors, the average scores of workers who never compensated for their working errors were 3.96, and 2) the factors affecting the work performance of the foreign exchange workers, at the 0.05 statistical significance level, were gender in that female was less effective than male, the marital status in that the married workers were more effective than single workers, and training or knowledge and skill improvement in that the trained workers were more effective than the untrained workers. In terms of income, it was negatively correlated with the working performances of the workers.
