Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 31 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 31 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษาและประสบการณ์บริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 31 จำนวน 103 คน ได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .72 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของแอลเอสดีผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) พฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 31 ในภาพรวมและรายพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากสูงสุดไปน้อยสุด ดังนี้ พฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาแบบร่วมมือ พฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาแบบไม่ชี้นำพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาแบบชี้นำโดยให้ข้อมูล และพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาแบบชี้นำโดยการควบคุม และ (2) ผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์บริหารแตกต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the supervisory behaviors of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 31; and (2) to compare the supervisory behaviors of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 31 as classified by school size and administrative experience. The research sample consisted of 103 school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 31, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a 5-scale rating questionnaire, with .72 reliability coefficient. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance and the Least Significant Difference (LSD) method of pairwise comparison. Research findings revealed that (1) the overall and by aspect supervisory behaviors of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 31 were rated at the high level, with ranking of rating means from top to bottom as follows; collaborative behaviors, non-directive behaviors, directive information behaviors and directive control behaviors; and (2) administrators of schools of different sizes differed significantly at the .05 level in their supervisory behaviors; while school administrators with different administrative experiences did not significantly differ in their supervisory behaviors.
