Abstract
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล สังคม และเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ 2) ความคิดเห็นต่อกระบวนการพัฒนาเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ 3) ความพึงพอใจต่อเนื้อหาการเรียนรู้และการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะต่อการเรียนรู้เนื้อหาการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ 5) ความคิดเห็นต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรกรุ่นใหม่ ประชากรที่ศึกษามีสองกลุ่มคือเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ที่เข้าร่วมโครงการอบรมหลักสูตรเพิ่มศักยภาพ Young Smart Farmer ปี 2561 ของสำนักงานส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการเกษตรที่ 4 จังหวัดขอนแก่นจำนวน 50 ราย เก็บข้อมูลทุกรายโดยแบบสัมภาษณ์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบงานเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ 13 ราย เก็บข้อมูลทุกรายโดยการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ คือ ค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสูงสุด และค่าต่ำสุด ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่มีอายุเฉลี่ย 29.72 ปีส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์ทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 6.76 ปี ได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านเกษตรจากสื่อเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมากที่สุด มีพื้นที่ทำกิจกรรมการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 7.26 ไร่ ทุกคนมีที่ดินเป็นของตนเองและมีการปลูกพืชผัก มีแรงงานด้านการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 2.38 คน และมีรายได้จากภาคการเกษตรต่อปีน้อยกว่า 200,000 บาท 2) เกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่มีความคิดเห็นต่อกระบวนการพัฒนาตั้งแต่ขั้นเตรียมความพร้อมผู้เรียนถึงการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ว่ามีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุดและมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด 3) เกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดต่อเนื้อหาการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้และมีการนำความรู้ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในระดับมาก 4) เกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ส่วนใหญ่มีปัญหาในการเรียนรู้เนื้อหาวิชาการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจมากที่สุด เสนอให้มีการสอนเพิ่มเติมเพื่อความเข้าใจอย่างถ่องแท้ 5) YSF และเจ้าหน้าที่มีความคิดเห็นว่าแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ควรพัฒนาในประเด็นความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะตามเกณฑ์การประเมินของกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร เพื่อพัฒนาตนเองสู่การเป็น Smart Farmer ต่อไป
The objectives of this research were to study (1) general information of the young smart farmer (YSF), (2) the opinions of young smart farmer for developmental process, (3) the satisfaction and utilization after attending the learning process, (4) problems and recommendations for learning process, (5) the opinions of development guidelines of the young smart farmer process. The population in this study has 2 group: 50 YSF pass 2018 training course of the office of Agricultural Extension and Development Division 4 in Khonkean Province, conducted by using the interview and 13 Young Smart Farmer ‘s officer, conducted by focus group. The data were analyzed using statistical program by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, maximum and minimum values. The findings of this study were as follows: (1) Average age of YSF was 29.72 years old. Most of them has been Bachelor's degree . Average of farming experience was 6.76 years. They get the most agriculture information from Information Technology. Average of sufficient farmland was 7.26 rai. Everyone has their own land and vegetable farming. They have average labors 2.38 person. The average farming income was less than or equal 200,000 THB/year. (2) YSF opinions that the process is the most appropriate and most satisfying. (3) YSF have most satisfied with the content of the learning process and they take advantage of the knowledge gained in high level. (4) Most of YSF has problems with Business plan by Lean Canvas, they would like to learn more. (5) YSF and Officer have opinions that guidelines for development young smart farmer should develop in knowledge, attitude and skills according to the assessment criteria of “Department of Agricultural Extension” for develop to be a Smart Farmer in the future.
