Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้บริการที่มีต่อการให้บริการของธนาคารกรุงศรี สาขาถนนเทพกระษัตรีภูเก็ต (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของ ผู้ใช้บริการที่มีต่อการให้บริการของธนาคารกรุงศรี สาขาถนนเทพกระษัตรีภูเก็ต โดยจำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ต่อเดือน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ประชาชนทั่วไปที่มาใช้บริการธนาคารกรุงศรี สาขา ถนนเทพกระษัตรีภูเก็ต จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 364 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้บริการที่มีต่อการให้บริการของธนาคาร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิ!คราะห์ ข้อมูลคือ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ไคสแควร์ การทดสอบค่าสถิติ เอฟ และ ใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมานเพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของตัวแปรต่างๆ โดยสถิติทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือการ ทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อการให้บริการของธนาคารกรุงศรี สาขาถนนเทพกระษัตรีภูเก็ต อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) จากการเปรียบเทียบลักษณะส่วนบุคคล เมื่อ จำแนกตามเพศอายุสถาพภาพระดับการศึกษารายได้ต่อเดือนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการให้บริการของ ธนาคารกรุงศรี สาขาถนนเทพกระษัตรีภูเก็ต ในระดับมาก คือ ด้านการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน ด้านสถานที่ติดต่อธนาคาร ด้านการให้บริการของธนาคาร ด้านคุณภาพในการให้บริการ และด้านองค์ประกอบการให้บริการ ส่วนในด้านการส่งเสริมการขายและต้านบริการและผลิตภัณฑ์มีความ คิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
The objectives of this research were to (1) study the Customers’ Opinion toward banking services. While, (2) compar the levels of their opinions based on banking services of the Krungsri Ayudhya Bank,Thanon Thepkasattri Phuket Branch of personalities classified by age, marital status, working period, education level, monthly revenue. The method used in this research was a survey based on questionnaire to quantify the customer opinion toward banking services at the Krungsri Bank, Thanon Thepkasattri Phuket Branch. A sample size of 364 general clients that used the banking services of the Krungsri Bank. Tool of this study was questionnaire for rating consideration customers opinion toward banking services and the questionnaire validity level .95. The questionnaire data was analyzed by Description Statistics for describing the numerical data by percentages, means and standard deviations. The questionnaire data was also analyzed by Inferential Statistics to find the impact of associate variables by using the “t-test” in a Statistical Software package. The results showed that (1) overall customers opinion toward banking services at the Krungsri Bank,Thanon Thepkasattri Phuket Branch was at a high level. (2) comparison of personalities classified by age ,marital status, workingperiod,education level,and monthly revenue,The customer opinion was the highest in banking procedures, bank locations, banking services, quality of banking services, and the composition of banking services. While, sales promotion of services and products were rated at a moderate opinion level.
