Abstract
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพพื้นฐานทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ 2) สภาพการผลิตส้มเขียวหวาน 3) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการศัตรูส้มเขียวหวานโดยวิธีผสมผสาน 4) การจัดการศัตรูส้มเขียวหวานโดยวิธีผสมผสาน 5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศัตรูส้มเขียวหวานโดยวิธีผสมผสาน 6) ความต้องการการส่งเสริมการจัดการศัตรูส้มเขียวหวานโดยวิธีผสมผสานของเกษตรกร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 50.31 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา มีประสบการณ์ในการปลูกส้มเขียวหวาน เฉลี่ย 19.59 ปี มีแรงงานเฉลี่ย 2.39 คน มีพื้นที่ปลูกเฉลี่ย 10.47 ไร่ 2) สภาพการผลิตส้มเขียวหวาน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นพื้นที่ราบเชิงเขา และเป็นดินลูกรัง ร้อยละ 98.9 ใช้ปุ๋ยเคมีและร้อยละ 80.1 ใช้สารเคมีในการป้องกันกำจัดโรคและแมลง 3) เกษตรกรมีความรู้เรื่องการใช้วิธีเขตกรรมมากที่สุด และขาดความรู้เรื่องการใช้สารเคมีมากที่สุด 4) เกษตรกรใช้วิธีเขตกรรมจัดการศัตรูส้มเขียวหวานมากที่สุด 5) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาในเรื่องงบประมาณสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานไม่เพียงพอ และการสนับสนุนไม่ต่อเนื่อง 6) เกษตรกรมีความต้องการความรู้เรื่องการใช้สารเคมีมากที่สุด
The objectives of this research were to study farmers in the following items. 1) socio-economic conditions, 2) production condition of tangerine, 3) the knowledge of integrated pest management, 4) integrated pest management, 5) problems and suggestions of integrated pest management, and 6) extension needs of integrated pest management. The population consisted of 1,274 tangerine farmers in Wang Chin District of Phrae Province who registered with the Department of Agricultural Extension in the production year of 2019. The 176 sample size was based on Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.07. Structured interviews were used for data collection. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, minimum, maximum, standard deviation and ranking. The results indicated the following: 1) Most of the farmers were male with the average age of 50.31 years and finished primary school. The average experience of growing tangerines were 19.59 years. The average numbers of labor of tangerine were 2.39 persons and the average tangerine planting area was 10.47 rai. 2) Most of the production conditions were in flat areas near hill and laterite soil, 98.9 percent used chemical fertilizers, also 80.1 percent used chemicals to prevent disease and pests.3) At the most level, Farmers had knowledge on the cultural practice usage and lack of knowledge of chemical usage. 4) Farmers used cultural practice to deal with tangerine pests at the most level by pruning tangerine after harvesting and adding lime to acid soils. 5) Problems were supporting the funding from agencies insufficient and discontinued. 6) Farmers needs were of knowledge on chemical usage by providing, training and practice with document media and lectures to farmers, and government agencies should be integrated supporting.
