Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ จังหวัดปัตตานี และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ จังหวัดปัตตานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 280 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่ายเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบ สอบถาม มีคำความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย คำเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้ปกครองมีความพึงพอใจในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสาธิต มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์จังหวัดปัตตานี อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 5 ด้าน เรียงลำดับดังนี้ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านประกันคุณภาพ ด้านการพัฒนานักเรียน ด้านบริหาร และด้านงานกิจการนักเรียน และ (2) ผู้ปกครองที่มี เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้จังหวัดที่อยู่อาศัย และความสัมพันธ์กับนักเรียนแตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสาธิต มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were (1) to study parents’ satisfaction level with educational management of Prince of Songkhla University Demonstration School in Pattani Province; and (2) to compare parents’ satisfaction levels with educational management of Prince of Songkhla University Demonstration School in Pattani Province. The sample consisted of 280 parents of students at Prince of Sonkhla University Demonstration School in the 2012 academic year, obtained by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .96. Statistics used for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The findings indicated that (1) students’ parents were satisfied with educational management of Prince of Songkhla University Demonstration School at the high level in all of the five aspects, with satisfaction means of the five aspects being ranked from top to bottom as follows: the academic affairs, the educational quality assurance, the student development, the administration, and the student affairs, respectively; and (2) parents with different genders, ages, educational levels, occupations, incomes, hometowns, and relationship levels with students did not differ significantly in their satisfaction levels with educational management of Prince of Songkhla University Demonstration School.
