ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมขององค์การพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลชุมชนเขต 1 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษา ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชนเขต 1 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข (2) ศึกษาการติดต่อสื่อสาร บรรยากาศองค์การ การสนับสนุนการผึกอบรมขององค์การพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขต 1 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข (3) ศึกษาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมขององค์การพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขต 1 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข (4) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมขององค์การพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลชุมชนเขต 1 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาทชุมชน เขต 1 จำนวน 333 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใซ้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม 5 ส่วน คือปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การติดต่อสื่อสาร บรรยากาศองค์การ การสนับสนุนการฝึกอบรมขององค์การพยาบาลและการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม ซึ่งมีลักษณะแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและมีค่าสัมประสิทธิความเที่ยงในส่วนที่ 2 ถึงส่วนที่ 5 เท่ากับ 0.85 0.90 0.90 และ 0.93 ตามลำดับสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และสหสัมพันธ์ถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) อายุของพยาบาลวิชาชีพชึ่งเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่อยู่ระหว่าง 31-35 ปี มี ประสบการณ์ทำงานระหว่าง 11-15 ปี (2) พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีการรับรู้ว่าการติดต่อสื่อสารขององค์การพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง บรรยากาศองค์การอยู่ในระดับสูง การสนับสนุนการฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับสูง (3) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมขององค์การพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ อยู่ในระดับสูง (4) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมขององค์การพยาบาลคือ การสนับสนุนการฝึกอบรม การติดต่อสื่อสาร ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านอายุ บรรยากาศองค์การ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05

The purposes of this descriptive research were ะ (1) to study personal factors of professional nurses, (2) to investigate communication, organizational climate, and training support by nursing organizations, (3) to describe the level of participatory' administration of nursing organizations, and (4) to examine factors influencing participatory administration of nursing organizations at community hospitals in region 1 under the Ministry' of Public Health. The sample comprised 333 professional nurses who worked at community hospitals in region 1 under the Ministry of Public Health. They were selected by stratified random sampling. Five sets of questionnaires covering personal factors, communication, organizational climate, training support, and participatory administration were used as research tools. They were tested for reliability and validity. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficients of the second to the fifth sets were 0.85, 0.90, 0.90, and 0.93 respectively. The statistical devices used for data analysis were both descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) Pearson product- moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows. (1) Most professional nurses were aged 31-35 years, had between 11-15 years working experience. (2) Professional nurses rated communication in their organizations at the moderate level, but they rated their organizational climate and training support both at the high level. (3) Professional nurses rated they participation in administration of their nursing organizations at the high level. Finally, (4) the factors which influenced participatory administration of nursing organizations were training support, communication, one personal factor: age. and organizational climate (p< 0.05).
