Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคโนโลยี และสื่อสารการศึกษาของครูโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญธนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญธนบุรี ที่ปฏิปติหน้าที่ทำการสอนในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 244 คน เครื่องมือที่ใชัในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาของครูโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญธนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า (1) ความต้องการอบรมของครูในหลักสูตรตามขอบข่ายทางเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาของโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญธนบุรี พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 7 หลักสูตร โดยครูต้องการอบรมการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดีย แนวทางการวิจัยด้านเทคนิค และวิธีการสอน การจัดการการเรียนการสอนที่ยึดผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง วิธีการจัดการชั้นเรียน การออกแบบข้อสอบประเภทต่างๆ การจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริม ให้ผู้เรียนนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ไนชีวิตประจำวัน และการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมของ ห้องปฏิบัติการ (2) ความต้องการอบรมของครูด้านหลักสูตรคอมพิวเตอร์ของโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญธนบุรี พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 หลักสูตร โดยครูต้องการการอบรมการใช้งาน Microsoft Power Point การใช้ระบบปฏิบัติการเบื้องต้น และการอบรมการใช้งานเครือข่ายในองค์กร (3) ความต้องการหลักสูตรการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารเพื่อการเรียนการสอนของครูโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญธนบุรี พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 2 หลักสูตร โดยครูต้องการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลที่ต้องการจากเว็บไซต์ และการใช้งานโปรแกรม Macromedia Dreamweaver และ (4) ความต้องการหลักสูตรการตกแต่งรูปภาพ และกราฟิกของครูโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญธนบุรี พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 2 หลักสูตร โดยครูต้องการการอบรมโปรแกรม Avira AntiVir Personal Free Edition และโปรแกรม Adobe Photoshop
The purpose of this research was to study the needs for training programs in educational technology and communications of teachers in Assumption Thon Buri School, Bangkok Metropolis. The research population consisted of 244 teachers who were teaching in the second semester of the 2012 academic year at Assumption Thon Buri School in Bangkok Metropolis. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall need for training programs in educational technology and communications of teachers in Assumption Thon Buri School, Bangkok Metropolis, was at the high level. When individual aspects of the training programs were considered, the findings were as follows: (1) regarding the needs of teachers for training in programs within the framework of educational technology and communications of Assumption Thon Buri School, it was found that the needs of the teachers were at the high level in all of the seven training programs: multi-media production, research methodology in teaching techniques and methods, learner-centered instructional management, classroom management, writing various types of test items, organizing activities to promote the learners’ application of knowledge in their daily lives, and management of the laboratory environment; (2) regarding the needs of teachers for training in the computer programs of Assumption Thon Buri School, it was found that their needs were at the high level for all of the three programs: the uses of Microsoft Power Point, the uses of the basic operating system, and the uses of the intranet; (3) regarding the needs of teachers for training in programs on the uses of educational technology and communications in instruction, it was found that their needs were at the high level for all of the two programs: how to download needed information from the website, and using the Macromedia Dreamweaver Program; and (4) regarding the needs of teachers for training in programs on illustration and graphic design, it was found that their needs were at the high level for all of the two programs: Avira AntiVir Personal Free Edition Program, and Adobe Photoshop Program.
