Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้สารลีโอนาร์ไดต์ดัดแปลงที่มีผลต่อการเจริญเติบโตและผลผลิตของแมงลักที่ปลูกในดินเหนียว การทดลองแบบสุ่มสมบูรณ์ภายในกลุ่ม มีหน่วยทดลอง คือ ต้นแมงลักที่ปลูกในแปลงขนาดกว้าง x ยาว เท่ากับ 1x2 เมตร โดยแบ่งเป็น 4 ทรีตเม้นท์ๆ ละ 3 ซ้ำ ดังนี้ ทรีตเม้นท์ที่ 1 ไม่ใช้สารลีโอนาร์ไดต์ดัดแปลง ทรีตเม้นท์ที่ 2 ใช้สารลีโอนาร์ไดต์ดัดแปลง อัตรา 2.5 ตันต่อไร่ ทรีตเม้นท์ที่ 3 ใช้สารลีโอนาร์ไดต์ดัดแปลง อัตรา 5.0 ตันต่อไร่ และทรีตเม้นท์ที่ 4 ใช้สารลีโอนาร์ไดต์ดัดแปลง อัตรา 7.5 ตันต่อไร่ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างทางสถิติด้วยวิธี Duncan's new multiple range test (DMRT) ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ทำการทดลองที่แปลงเกษตรกรที่ปลูกแมงลัก ตำบลบางเดื่อ อำเภอเมืองปทุมธานี จังหวัดปทุมธานี ระยะเวลาการทดลองตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายน - สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2559 ผลการทดลอง พบว่า การเจริญเติบโตของแมงลักอายุ 7 วันหลังหว่านเมล็ด มีความสูงของต้น เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางลำต้น จำนวนใบ น้ำหนักสดต้นและราก และน้ำหนักแห้งต้นและรากไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (p>0.05) แมงลักอายุ 14 วันหลังหว่านเมล็ด มีความสูงของต้น เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางลำต้น จำนวนใบ น้ำหนักสดต้นและราก และน้ำหนักแห้งต้นและรากแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (p≤0.05) โดยแมงลักที่ได้รับสารลีโอนาร์ไดต์ดัดแปลงอัตราส่วน 7.5 ตันต่อไร่ มีความสูงของต้น เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางลำต้น จำนวนใบ น้ำหนักสดต้นและราก และน้ำหนักแห้งต้นและรากมากที่สุด เท่ากับ 8.89 เซนติเมตร 1.24 มิลลิเมตร 8.47 ใบ 0.20 กรัม และ 1.24 มิลลิกรัม ตามลำดับ แมงลักอายุ 21 วันหลังหว่านเมล็ด มีความสูงของต้น เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางลำต้น จำนวนใบ น้ำหนักสดต้นและราก และน้ำหนักแห้งต้นและรากแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (p≤0.01) โดยแมงลักที่ได้รับสารลีโอนาร์ไดต์ดัดแปลงอัตราส่วน 7.5 ตันต่อไร่ มีความสูงของต้น เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางลำต้น จำนวนใบ และน้ำหนักสดต้นและรากมากที่สุด เท่ากับ 23.06 เซนติเมตร 2.56 มิลลิเมตร 17.27 ใบ และ 3.72 กรัม ตามลำดับ และแมงลักที่ได้รับสารลีโอนาร์ไดต์ดัดแปลงอัตราส่วน 5.0 ตันต่อไร่ มีน้ำหนักแห้งต้นและรากมากที่สุด เท่ากับ 1.24 มิลลิกรัม และ แมงลักอายุ 28 วันหลังหว่านเมล็ด มีความสูงของต้น เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางลำต้น จำนวนใบ น้ำหนักสดต้นและราก น้ำหนักแห้งต้นและราก และน้ำหนักผลผลิตรวมแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (p≤0.01) โดยแมงลักที่ได้รับสารลีโอนาร์ไดต์ดัดแปลงอัตราส่วน 7.5 ตันต่อไร่ มีความสูงของต้น เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางลำต้น จำนวนใบ น้ำหนักสดต้นและราก น้ำหนักแห้งต้นและราก และน้ำหนักผลผลิตรวมมากที่สุด เท่ากับ 48.37 เซนติเมตร 3.52 มิลลิเมตร 53.07 ใบ 10.43 กรัม 10.08 มิลลิกรัม และ 36.54 กิโลกรัม ตามลำดับ
The aim of this research was to study the effect of modified leonardite on the growth and yield of hairy basil (Ocimum africanum Lour.) that was grown in clay soil. The experimental design used in this study was the completely randomized design (CRD). The experimental unit was the hairy basil grown in a cultivation bed with the dimension (width x length) of 1x2 m. There were four treatments and each treatment was conducted in a triplicate. The treatments were: Treatment 1, hairy basil without modified leonardite treatment; Treatment 2, hairy basil treated with modified leonardite at the rate of 2.5 tonnes/rai (1 rai=1,600 m2); Treatment 3, hairy basil treated with modified leonardite at the rate of 5.0 tonnes/rai; and Treatment 4, hairy basil treated with modified leonardite at the rate of 7.5 tonnes/rai. The ANOVA was used to statistically analyze the data. The Duncan’s new multiple range test (DMRT) was also used at the confidence level of 95 percent. The experiment was conducted at a hairy basil cultivation site at Bang Duea Sub-district, Mueang Pathum Thani district, Pathum Thani Province. The duration of this experiment was from April to August 2016. The results showed that the hairy basil at 7 days after sowing had no significant difference (p>0.05) in the plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, fresh weight of whole plant and root, and dry weight of whole plant and root. The hairy basil at 14 days after sowing showed significant differences (p≤0.05) in the plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, fresh weight of whole plant and root, and dry weight of whole plant and root.
