Abstract
งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษากระบวนการผลิตพลังงานทดแทนในอุตสาหกรรมปาล์มน้ำมันในจังหวัดกระบี่ (2) ศึกษาต้นทุนการผลิตพลังงานทดแทนในอุตสาหกรรมปาล์มนั้ามันในจังหวัดกระบี่ (3) เปรียบเทียบต้นทุนการผลิตพลังงานทดแทนของอุตสาหกรรมปาล์ม้ำมันในจังหวัดกระบี่ที่มีกำลังการผลิตต่างกัน (4) ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการผลิตพลังงานทดแทนในอุตสาหกรรมปาล์มนั้ามันในจังหวัดกระบี่กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาคือโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมปาล์มน้ำมันในจังหวัดกระบี่ที่มีการผลิตพลังงานทดแทน จำนวน 6 โรงงาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นการวิเคราะห์โดยใข้ค่าเฉลี่ย การวิเคราะห์ด้านบัญชีด้นทุน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) กระบวนการผลิตพลังงานทดแทนใช้ระบบหม้อไอนั้า และ กังหันไอนั้า โดยใช้เชื้อเพลิงชีวมวล 5 โรงงาน และเชื้อเพลิงก๊าซชีวภาพ (1) โรงงาน เชื้อเพลิงจะทำใหัหมัอไอน้ำร้อนและเกิดไอนํ้าขึ้น ต่อจากนั้นไอน้ำจะไปหมุนกังหันไอน้ำทำให้เกิดกระแสใฟฟ้า (2) ต้นทุนการผลิต แบ่งเป็น 2 กรณี กรณีที่ 1 คิดเศษวัสดุเหลือใช้เป็นต้นทุนการผลิต ในการใช้เชื้อเพลิงชีวมวลมีต้นทุนการผลิดเฉลี่ยต่อหน่วย 3.71 บาท และ 2.60 บาทตามลำดับสำหรับการใช้เชื้อเพลิงก๊าซชีวภาพ กรณีที่ 2 ไม่คิดเศษวัสดุเหลึอใช้เป็นต้นทุนการผลิต ในการใช้เชื้อเพลิงชีวมวลจะมีต้นทุนการผลิตเฉลี่ยต่อหน่วย 2.01 บาท และ 1.85 บาท ตามลำดับสำหรับการใช้เชื้อเพลิงก๊าซชีวภาพ (3) การเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนการผลิตแบ่งออก เป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ โรงงานขนาดเล็ก มีกำลังการผลิดไม่เกิน 45 ตันทะลายต่อชั่วโมง และโรงงานขนาดใหญ่มีกำลังการผลิดตั้งแต่ 45 ตันทะลายต่อชั่วโมงขึ้นไป ในกรณีที่ 1 มีต้นทุนการผลิตเฉลี่ยต่อหน่วย 4.55 และ 3.47 บาทตามลำดับ และในกรณีที่ 2 มีต้นทุนการผลิตเฉลี่ยต่อหน่วย 2.16 และ 1.96 บาท ตามลำดับ (4) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคขาดแคลนเทคโนโลยึที่ทันสมัย และประสิทธิภาพการผลิตไฟฟ้าตํ่า การลงทุนสูง และขาดการวิจัยในการนำเศษวัสดุเหลิอใช้ทางการเกษตรอื่นมาใช้
The purposes of this research were to : (I) study production process of renewable energy of oil palm industry in Krabi Province ; (2) study production cost of renewable energy of oil palm industry in Krabi Province ; (3) compare production cost of renewable energy of oil palm industry regarding different production capacity; and (4) study problems involving production process of renewable energy of oil palm industry in Krabi Province. The samples of this research were 6 factories of renewable energy of oil palm industry in Krabi Province. The research instruments were interviewing and recording form. Statistical procedures for data analysis were mean, cost accounting analysis and content analysis. The research findings were as follows ; (1) production processes of renewable energy consisted of boiler system and steam turbine. Five factories used biomass as fuel while the other one uses biogas. The process used fuel to heat the boiler for routing the turbine to produce electricity; (2) production cost could be divided into 2 eases. For ease 1 with residual materials being part of the fuel cost, the average production costs for factories using biomass and biogas per kilowatt-hour(kwh) were 3.71 bath and 2.60 bath, respectively. For ease 2 with no residual materials being part of the cost, the average production costs for factories using biomass and biogas per kilowatt-hour(kwh) were 2.01 bath and 1.85 bath, respectively; (3) the average production cost comparison of small and large factories with the production capacity of less than 45 and 45-60 bunch-ton were 4.55 bath and 3.47 bath, respectively in ease I and 2.16 bath and 1.96 bath, respectively in case 2; and (4) problems involving production process of renewable energy of oil palm industry in Krabi Province were lack of modem technology, low production efficiency, high investment and lack of research about using other residual agricultural material to produce the energy.
