แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานีเขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 2 จำนวน 320 คน ได้จากการเปิดตารางของเครจซีและมอร์แกน และสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือการวิจัยที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 และแบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดย ภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดไปหาค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ดังนี้ การมีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว การมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การมีวิสัยทัศน์เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง การทำงานเป็นทีม และการสนับสนุนนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี 2) การเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ใน ศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน และ3) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารพบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรพัฒนาความสามารถในการปรับตัวต่อสถานการณ์และการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้น โดยใช้แนวความคิดที่แปลกใหม่อย่างสร้างสรรค์เป็นตัวกำหนดเป้าหมายของสถานศึกษา เสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมที่ดี รวมทั้งการสนับสนุนนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้ในสถานศึกษา

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of creative leadership in the 21st century of school administrators; 2) to compare the creative leadership in the 21st century of school administrators, as classified by school size; and 3) to propose guidelines for developing the creative leadership in the 21st century of school administrators under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research sample consisted of 321 teachers in schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, which were determined by Krejcie and Morgan Table and then obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The research instruments were a questionnaire on creative leadership in the 21st century of school administrators, with a reliability coefficient of .97, and an interview form on guidelines for developing creative leadership in the 21st century of school administrators. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and content analysis.The research findings revealed that 1) the overall and each aspect of the level of creative leadership in the 21st century of school administrators were rated at the high level. When considering all specific aspects, they could be ranked based on their rating means from the highest to the lowest as follows: being flexible and adaptable, being creative thinking, having a vision for change, teamwork, and supporting for innovation and technology; 2) regarding comparison results of creative leadership of school administrators, as classified by school size, it was found that there was no difference; and 3) guidelines for developing creative leadership of school administrators were the followings: school administrators should develop the ability to adapt to situations and changes that occur by using new and creative ideas to set the goals of the schools, strengthen good culture including supporting technological innovations to be applied in schools
