ชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านของเด็กปฐมวัย โดยการจัดแสดงนิทานประกอบหุ่นมือ สำหรับครูผู้สอน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ เรื่อง กิจกรรม ส่งเสริมการอ่านของเด็กปฐมวัย โดยการจัดแสดงนิทานประกอบหุ่นมือ สำหรับครูผู้สอน เขตพื้นที่ การศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 85/85 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการ เรียนของผู้รับการฝึกอบรม ด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ เรื่อง กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านของเด็ก ปฐมวัย โดยการจัดแสดงนิทานประกอบหุ่นมือ และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการฝึกอบรม ที่มี ต่อชุดการฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ เรื่อง กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านของเด็กปฐมวัย โดยการจัดแสดง นิทานประกอบหุ่นมือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 จำนวน 39 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ชุด ฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านของเด็กปฐมวัย โดยการจัดแสดงนิทานประกอบ หุ่นมือ สำหรับครูผู้สอนเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากรุงเทพมหานครเขต 2 (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังการ ฝึกอบรม และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิง ประสบการณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรม E,/E, การ ทดสอบค่าที ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านของเด็ก ปฐมวัย โดยการจัดแสดงนิทานประกอบหุ่นมือ สำหรับครูผู้สอน 3 หน่วยประสบการณ์มีประสิทธิภาพ 84.73/83.50, 85.53/83.00 และ 86.13/83.50 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 85/85 (2) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมมี ความก้าวหน้าทางการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 และ (3) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมมีความ คิดเห็นต่อความเหมาะสมของชุดฝึกอบรมในระดับมาก

The objectives of this study were to: (1) develop experience based training packages on reading enhancement activities of preschool children using puppet story show for teacher in Bangkok Educational Service Area 2 to meet the 85/85 efficiency criterion; (2) investigate the learning progress of trainees learning from the experience based training packages; and (3) investigate the trainees' opinions toward the experience-based training packages. The research sample consisted of 39 early childhood education teachers in Bangkok Educational Service Area 2, obtained by multi-stage random sampling. The instruments used were (1) the experience-based training packages on reading enhancement activities of preschool children using puppet story show for teachers in Bangkok Educational Service Area 2; (2) achievement tests for pre-testing, formative testing, and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaires to investigate the trainees' opinions toward the appropriateness of the experience-based training packages. The statistics used were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings showed that (1) the three units of the developed experience-based training packages had efficient at 84.73/83.50, 85.53/83.00 and 86.13/83.50 respectively, thus meeting the predetermined 85/85 efficiency criterion; (2) the trainees achieved significant learning progress at the .05 level; and (3) the trainees rated the appropriateness of experience-based training packages at the high level.
