Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) บรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวังทองหลาง (2) ความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวังทองหลาง และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศองค์การกับชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวังทองหลาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตมัธยมศึกษาเขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวังทองหลาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 2 จำนวน 251 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของ เคร็จซี่และมอร์แกน และสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามสำเร็จรูปเพื่อวัดบรรยากาศองค์การตามแนวคิดของ เวนย์ เค ฮอย แปลโดย เฉลิม จำปาวิจิตร และแบบสอบถามวัดความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ มีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน คะแนนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) บรรยกาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวังทองหลาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเขต 2 มีค่าดัชนีบรรยากาสองค์การเเบบเปิดเท่ากับ 499.97 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับใกล้เคียงกับค่าเฉลี่ย 500 (2) ระดับความป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศองค์การกับชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูง (r=0.761) ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01
The objectives of this research were to study (1) organizational climate of schools in Wang Thong Lang School Consortium under the Secondary Education Service Areas Office 2; (2) the being professional learning community of schools in Wang Thong Lang School Consortium under the Secondary Education Service Areas Office 2; and (3) the relationship between organizational climate and the being professional learning community of schools in Wang Thong Lang School Consortium under the Secondary Education Service Areas Office 2. The research sample comprised 251 teachers from schools in Wang Thong Lang School Consortium under the Secondary Education Service Areas Office 2, obtained by stratified random sampling. The sample size was determined with the use of Crejcie and Morgan Sample Size Table. The instruments used in this research were the OCDQ-RS Organization Climate Questionnaire according to Wane K. Hoy’s concept and translated by Chalerm Champa-Vijit and a questionnaire to assess the being professional learning community, with reliability coefficient of .98. Statistics used for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, standard score, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Research findings revealed that (1) organizational climate of the schools in Wang Thong Lang School Consortium under the Secondary Education Service Areas Office 2 was of the open climate with the open climate index of 499.97 which was very close to the mean score of 500; (2) the being professional learning community of the schools was rated at the high level; and (3) organizational climate and the being professional learning community of the schools correlated positively at the high level (r = .761) which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance
