Abstract
การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (2) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารโรงพยาบาล และ (3) สภาพปัญหาและการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศของผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลชุมชนในเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 9 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผู้บริหารส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงเกือบร้อยละ 67 อายุเฉลี่ยประมาณ 42 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่าและเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ มีประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 10 ปี (2) ปัจจัยด้านการจัดระบบสารสนเทศและปัจจัยด้านการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศของผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลชุมชนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารโรงพยาบาลไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทุกด้าน ยกเว้นในด้านการรักษาพยาบาล วุฒิการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารโรงพยาบาล และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านการจัดระบบสารสนเทศในทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารโรงพยาบาลในทุกด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (3) ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดในด้านการจัดระบบสารสนเทศคือ ด้านบุคลากรที่ยังขาดทักษะ ความรู้ ความชำนาญในการบันทึกข้อมูลและวิธีในการนำสารสนเทศไปใช้ประโยชน์ และผลการศึกษายังพบว่า การใช้ระบบสารสนเทศในทุกด้านส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับความคิดเห็นปานกลางข้อเสนอแนะจากการศึกษาคือ ผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลชุมชนควรสนับสนุนการจัดการความรู้โดยการฝึกอบรมของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องในการปฏิบัติงานด้านเทคโนโลยีและสารสนเทศ พร้อมทั้งให้ความสำคัญกับการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลที่ปฏิบัติงานในด้านเทคโนโลยีและสารสนเทศ และการบริหารงบประมาณเพื่อการพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีและสารสนเทศ
The objectives of this survey research were to study: (1) personal factors; (2) factors related to the use of information system for hospital management; and (3) problems with the use of the information system among the administrators of community hospitals in Public Health Inspection Region 9. The study was conducted among 263 members selected using the stratified random sampling method from those on the administrative committees of 35 community hospitals in the Region. Data were collected using a questionnaire with the reliability value of 0.79 and then analyzed to determine frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and chi-square test. The findings showed that: (1) most of the administrators were female (67%) with the average age of 42 years, obtained a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and were professional nurses with more than 10 years of service; (2) their overall factors concerning the management and use of information system were at a moderate level, while their personal factors were not associated with the use of information system for hospital management in all aspects except for medical treatment; their education attainment was related to the use of information system; and the management of information system was significantly associated with the use of information system for hospital management in all aspects (p = 0.005); and (3) the problems most commonly encountered in the information system management were personnel’s inadequate skills, knowledge, and expertise in data entry as well as information utilization-their use of information system in all aspects was mostly at a moderate level. It is thus suggested that hospital administrators should support a knowledge management system by providing training opportunities for relevant personnel in information system and technology, and attach more importance to information system personnel management as well as funding support for information system development
