การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ผลิตภาพแรงงานแผนกผลิตไก่ย่าง และ 2) ระดับความพึงพอใจในการทํางานของพนักงานแผนกผลิตไก่ย่างในด้าน อัตราค่าจ้างที่ได้รับการได้รับการฝึกอบรม โอกาสก้าวหน้าในงาน และความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงานของโรงงานปรุงสุก บริษัท บีฟู้ดส์ โปรดักส์ อินเตอร์เนชันแนล จํากัด

ข้อมูลปฐมภูมิได้จากแบบสอบถามที่สอบถามความพึงพอใจในการทํางานของพนักงานบริษัท ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ พนักงานแผนกผลิตไก่ยาง โรงงานปรุงสุก บริษัท บีฟู้ดส์ โปรดักส์ อินเตอร์เนชันแนล จํากัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษากำหนดโดยสูตรของยามาเน่ สําหรับข้อมูลทุติยภูมิในส่วนของการคํานวณผลิตภาพแรงงานเป็นข้อมูลอนุกรมเวลารายไตรมาสของผลผลิตที่ได้และแรงงานที่ใช้ในการผลิตจากแผนกผลิต โรงงานปรุงสุก บริษัท บีฟู้ดส์ โปรดักส์ อินเตอร์เนชันแนล จํากัด ในปี 2553 ถึง 2557 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ผลิตภาพแรงงานเฉลี่ยปี 2553 ถึง 2557 มีแนวโน้มเฉลี่ยคงที่เท่ากับ 0.43 ตัน/คน โดยผลิตภาพแรงงานเฉลี่ยในปี 2553, 2554, 2555, 2556 และ 2557 มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.43, 0.44, 0.44, 0.38 และ 0.44 ตัน/คน ตามลําดับ 2) ในส่วนของการศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในการทํางานของพนักงานแผนกผลิตไก่ย่างโรงงานปรุงสุก บริษัท บีฟู้ดส์ โปรดักส์ อินเตอร์เนชันแนล จํากัด ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ด้านคือ ด้านอัตราค่าจ้างที่ได้รับ การได้รับการฝึกอบรม โอกาสก้าวหน้าในงาน และด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน พบว่าพนักงานมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน การได้รับการฝึกอบรม และด้านโอกาสก้าวหน้าในงานโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.77, 3.63 และ 3.48 ตามลําดับ ในขณะที่ด้านอัตราค่าจ้างที่ได้รับมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.30 แสดงว่าพนักงานมีความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง
The study aimed to analyze 1) labor productivity of roasted yakitori division 2) satisfaction of employees working in roasted yakitori division, including four areas, wage, training, career path and working relationships. The study employed both primary and secondary data. The primary data were collected via questionnaire from workers who work in roasted yakitori division of B.Foods Products International Co.,Ltd., sample size was calculated from Yamane formula. The secondary data for labor productivity were quarterly time series data of total products and labors from the roasted yakitori division in 2010-2014 and used to analyze through frequency, mean, percentageand standard deviation. The results showed that 1) average labor productivity in 2010-2014 had constant trend at 0.43 ton/person. The average labor productivity in the years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 equaled to 0.43, 0.44, 0.44, 0.38 and 0.44 ton/person respectively 2) the study on satisfaction of worker in 4 areas of roasted yakitori division of B.Foods Products International Co.,Ltd. were found that overall satisfaction was in the high level. Three areas of satisfaction were in high level, namely, working relationships, training and career path with mean average at 3.77, 3.63 and 3.48 respectively, while the area of wage had mean average at 3.30 which was in the middle leve.
