Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (2) ศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในอาเภอฉวาง สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในอาเภอฉวาง สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 จานวน 110 คน กาหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเคร็จซี่และมอร์แกน และสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่ใช้วัดความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ และ แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 และ .95 ตามลาดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในอำเภอฉวาง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ของความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูง ที่ระดับนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ .01
The purposes of this research were (1) to study the level of being professional learning community; (2) to study the level of motivation in work performance of teachers; and (3) to study the relationship between the being professional learning community and motivation in work performance of teachers in Chawang District under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The research sample consisted of 110 randomly selected teachers in Chawang District under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The sample size was determined with the use of Crejcie and Morgan Sample Size Table. The employed research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire to assess the being professional learning community and motivation in work performance of teacher, with reliability coefficients of .97 and .95 respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient. The results of the study revealed that (1) the overall being professional learning community of teachers in Chawang District was rated at the high level; (2) the overall motivation in work performance of teachers was rated at the high level; and (3) the being professional learning community and motivation in work performance of teachers correlated positively at the high level which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance.
