Abstract
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) พื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล สังคมและเศรษฐกิจ 2) การผลิตผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 3) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการผลิตผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี และ 4) ความต้องการและแนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี การวิจัยครั้งนี้ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตผักขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมวิชาการเกษตรปี 2563-2564 จํานวน 590 ราย กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ยามาเน ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.05 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 238 ราย และใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ จำแนกเป็นเกษตรกรที่ไม่ได้รับการรับรอง จำนวน 119 ราย และเกษตรกรที่ได้รับการรับรอง จํานวน 119 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรที่ไม่ได้รับการรับรอง ร้อยละ 62.2 เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 49.66 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา ประสบการณ์ผลิตผักเฉลี่ย 14.73 ปี พื้นที่ผลิตผักเฉลี่ย 2.01 ไร่ ต้นทุนผลิตผักเฉลี่ย 20,536.68 บาท/ไร่/ปี รายได้จากการผลิตผักเฉลี่ย 172,718.07 บาท/ไร่/ปี และร้อยละ 95.0 ขายผลผลิตผ่านพ่อค้าคนกลาง ส่วนเกษตรกรที่ได้รับการรับรอง ร้อยละ 62.2 เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 51.78 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา ประสบการณ์ผลิตผักเฉลี่ย 15.01 ปี พื้นที่ผลิตผักเฉลี่ย 3.04 ไร่ ต้นทุนผลิตผักเฉลี่ย 19,982.57 บาท/ไร่/ปี รายได้จากการผลิตผักเฉลี่ย 201,005.88 บาท/ไร่/ปี 2) เกษตรกรที่ไม่ได้รับการรับรองไม่ปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีหลายประเด็นดังนี้ การเก็บตัวอย่าง การใช้วัตถุอันตรายทางการเกษตร สุขลักษณะส่วนบุคคล การบันทึกข้อมูลและการตามสอบ ส่วนเกษตรกรที่ได้รับการรับรองโดยภาพรวมทั้งหมดปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 3) เกษตรกรที่ไม่ได้รับการรับรองมีปัญหามากที่สุด ประเด็นการบันทึกข้อมูลและการตามสอบ แหล่งน้ำเพื่อใช้ในการเกษตร การตรวจวิเคราะห์น้ำและดินก่อนการผลิต เกษตรกรที่ได้รับการรับรองมีปัญหามากที่สุดประเด็นการเก็บเกี่ยวและการปฏิบัติหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว 4) เกษตรกรที่ไม่ได้รับการรับรองต้องการการส่งเสริมจากบุคคลราชการมากที่สุด ใช้โปสเตอร์ ผ่านช่องทางอินเทอร์เน็ตและโทรทัศน์ ส่วนเกษตรที่ได้รับการรับรองต้องการการส่งเสริมจากบุคคลราชการมากที่สุด ใช้คู่มือ ผ่านช่องทางอินเทอร์เน็ต แนวทางการส่งเสริมเกษตรกรที่ไม่ได้รับการรับรองโดยถ่ายทอดความรู้จากบรรยาย สาธิต ฝึกปฏิบัติ และพาเกษตรกรไปดูงานแปลงต้นแบบที่ได้รับการรับรอง ส่วนเกษตรกรที่ได้รับการรับรองออกเยี่ยมเยียน ติดตามต่อเนื่อง พัฒนาให้เกิดการต่อยอดเกษตรกรจากรายเดี่ยวสู่การรวมกลุ่มเพื่อส่งเสริมการผลิตและการค้า
The objectives of this research were to study 1) basic personal, social, and economic conditions 2) vegetable production according to good agricultural practice 3) problems and suggestions regarding vegetable production according to good agricultural practice 4) needs and extension guidelines in vegetable production according to good agricultural practice. The population of this study was 590 vegetable production farmers who had registered with agricultural department in the year 2020-2021.The sample size of 238 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula and stratified sampling method which classified into 119 uncertified farmers and 119 certified farmers.Data were analyzed by using frequency,percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation, and ranking. The results found out that 1)62.2 % of uncertified farmers were female with the average age of 49.66 years old, completed primary school education,had the average experience in vegetable production of 14.73 years, had the average vegetable production area of 2.01 Rai, had the average vegetable production cost of 20,536.68 Baht/Rai/year, earned the average income from vegetable production at 172,718.07 Baht/Rai/year, and 95.0% sold the products through middlemen. For the certified farmers, 62.2% of them were male with the average of 51.78 years old, completed primary school education, had the average experience in vegetable production of 15.01 years, had the average vegetable production area of 3.04 Rai,had the average vegetable production cost of 19,982.57 Baht/Rai/year, and earned the average income from vegetable production at 201,005.88 Baht/Rai/year. 2)Farmers who did not get certified did not perform according to the criteria of good agricultural practice in various aspects such as water sample collection, the application of agricultural dangerous substances, personal hygiene, and data recording and follow-up. Regarding the certified farmers, overall, they all practice according to the criteria of good agricultural practice. 3) Uncertified farmers faced with the problem at the highest level regarding data recording and water resource testing for agricultural purposes and water and soil analysis prior to production. For certified farmers, they faced with the highest level of problems in harvesting and practice after harvest. 4) Farmers who did not get certified wanted to receive personal extension from public personnel the most through internet and television channels. In regards to certified farmers, they wanted to receive the extension from public personnel the most through internet channel. The extension guideline for uncertified farmers was to receive the knowledge transfer through lecture, demonstration, practice and field trip to the certified model crops. For the certified farmers, they wanted to receive visitation, continuous follow-up, and development further from individual farmer into group formation for production and trade
