Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความเป็นไปได้ทางด้านการตลาดในการลงทุนธุรกิจ (2) ความเป็นไปได้ทางด้านเทคนิคในการลงทุน (3) ความเป็นไปได้ทางด้านการการจัดการในการลงทุน และ (4) ความเป็นไปได้ทางด้านการเงินในการลงทุนธุรกิจคลินิกการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ด้านการตลาด ด้านเทคนิค ด้านการจัดการ และด้านการเงิน โดยใช้เครื่องมือทางการเงิน คือค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ อัตราส่วนผลประโยชน์ต่อค่าใช้จ่ายอัตรา ผลตอบแทนภายในจากการลงทุน ระยะเวลาคืนทุนแบบคิดลด รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์ความไวของโครงการ โดยใช้ข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ จากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์จากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ สภาการพยาบาล ผู้ประกอบการคลิกนิกการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ บริษัทยาและเวชภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์ ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากบทความ หนังสือ รายงานการวิจัย รายงานประจำปี ระเบียบ นโยบายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคลินิกการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ด้านการตลาดมีแนวโน้มว่าจะมีอัตราผู้ป่วยเพิ่มสูงขึ้นในอำเภอสามเงา จังหวัดตาก และสถานพยาบาลที่มีอยู่ไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ (2) ด้านเทคนิคมีทำแลที่ตั้งอยู่ที่ที่มีเส้นทางคมนาคมเดินทางสะดวกและลูกค้าสามารถเข้าถึงบริการได้ง่ายสะดวกรวดเร็ว (3) ด้านการจัดการ มีพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติประจำการทำงานในวันเวลาราชการ 1คน พยาบาลเวชปฏิบัตินอกเวลา 1 คน และผู้ช่วยพยาบาลประจำการ 1คน (4) ด้านการเงิน พบว่า ภายใต้สมมติฐานทางการเงินที่ผู้ศึกษาได้ประเมิน และที่อัตราคิดลดที่ร้อยละ 9 มีต้นทุนในการเริ่มกิจการเริ่มแรกรวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 323,962 บาท มีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิเท่ากับ 1,335,993.44 บาท อัตราส่วนผลประโยชน์ต่อค่าใช้จ่าย เท่ากับ 5.12 เท่าและอัตราผลตอบแทนภายในจากการลงทุน เท่ากับร้อยละ 47.44 มีระยะเวลาคืนทุนแบบคิดลดเท่ากบั 2.5 ปี ดังนั้น การดำเนินธุรกิจคลินิกการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ในอำเภอสามเงา จังหวัดตาก ให้ผลตอบแทนที่คุ้มค่าน่าลงทุน แต่เนื่องจากโครงการนี้มีความไวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง จึงต้องระมัดระวังการเปลี่ยนแปลงของค่าใช้จ่ายที่เพิ่มขึ้นและรายได้ที่ลดลง
The objectives of the study were 1) to study the feasibility of marketing on investment; 2) to study the feasibility of technical on investment; 3) to study the feasibility of management on investment; and 4) to study the feasibility of financial on investment of Nursing and Midwifery Clinic in Samngao District in Tak Province. The study was the feasibility analysis into aspects of marketing, technical, management, and financial by using financial instrument: net present value, benefit-cost ratio, internal rate of return, payback period including sensitivity analysis. The primary data was collected from an interview of Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council, Nursing and Midwifery Clinic, and pharmaceutical company, while secondary data was collected from article, book, research, annual report, and policy of Nursing and Midwifery Clinic. The results revealed that the feasibility study on investment of each aspect as followed: 1) for marketing aspect, the trend of the patients had increased while Nursing and Midwifery Clinic in Samngao District in Tak Province was not enough for the patients; 2) for technical aspect, the location is convenient and easy to access; 3) for management aspect, the clinic has one full-time nurse, one part-time nurse, and assistant nurse; 4) for financial aspect, under an assumption of the agree project investment yields in a minimum of 9 percent, the initial investment of approximately 323,962 baht with 1,335,993.44 baht net present value, benefit-cost ratio equals of 5.12, items internal rate of return of 47.44 percent, and discount payback period as 2.5 per years. Therefore, the investment of Nursing and Midwifery Clinic in Samngao District in Tak Province was suitable for investment but this project is sensitive to change. Thus it needs to be careful and aware of changes in the increasing expenses and declined revenue.
