ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ (2) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร กับธรรมาภิบาล ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารฝ่ายการเมือง พนักงานส่วนตำบลสายงานบริหาร และพนักงานส่วนตำบลสายงานปฏิบัติ ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 3,100 คน โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 355 คน ตามสูตรการคำนวณทาโรยามาเน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกแบบ ไม่ว่า ภาวะผู้นาแบบบงการ แบบให้การสนับสนุน แบบให้มีส่วนร่วม และแบบมุ่งความสำเร็จ (3) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลมีความสัมพันธ์กับธรรมาภิบาลในระดับต่า

The purposes of this research were to study (1) good governance of sub-district administrative organizations in Buri Ram province, (2) executives leadership of sub-district administrative organizations in Buri Ram province, and (3) relationship between leadership of the executives and good governance of sub-district administrative organizations in Buri Ram province Population of 3,100 included political executives, administrative together with operational officers of sub-district administrative organizations in Buri Ram province, from which samples of 355 were obtained. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation analysis. The study revealed that (1) good governance of sub-district administrative organizations in Buri Ram province was at high level (2) leadership of executives of sub-district administrative organizations in Buri Ram province was at medium level in all style including directive, supportive, participative, achievement-oriented styles (3) leadership of executives of sub-district administrative organizations in Buri Ram province correlated with good governance of the organizations at low level.
